Very good price on a refurbished Sony Blu Ray, and it included an HDMI cord. Works great so far-I have only had it for a few days. Box was not pristine, unit had obviously been opened/used, but as it sits in my entertainment center, you would never know it-it looks brand new.

So far so good, but either my TV is wonky (probably not, since netflix and such are fine) or this has picture issues- well be halfway through a movie and its like "why is it so dark?!" Could be the fact that its a "used" item. We havent tried any of the streaming services on it yet, so I cant speak to that. One big fault I can see even if it was working perfectly- theres no PLAY button! So if you have one of those DVDs that just plays the main menu screen over and over without playing the movie, youd be out of luck if you lost the remote!

My in-laws needed a new DVD player. It had to be super easy for them to get it up and running because they are easily frustrated by tech. This was as simple as one chord into the TV and the other into the power outlet. They were happy with it.

This was a "renewed", used product as ordered. The box had obviously been opened and resealed with clear packing tape. But the unit is exactly the one I ordered and seems brand-new, I dont believe it was ever used, dont believe the player was ever unwrapped from its bag. Came with HDMI cable, HDMI cable was in original packing and never opened. Works great. Has LAN internet connection and "roku"-like streaming features that I have not used and do not intend to use. (I have a roku but needed a DVD/BlueRay disk player.) Has a digital audio output to pipe the sound into a surround sound system. Paid $60, good price for a blue ray disk player.

Headline is tongue in cheek. Windows 10 doesn’t have native Blu-Ray DVD playing ability. Apparently it costs extra, about $20, but it made me feel like I was being nickel&dimed. So I bought this based on the reviews. My unit was an open box/return, which saved me about $10. Was running 10 minutes after I got it, no problems, and has been well worth its price. Highly recommend, especially if your prior plan was to stream Blu-Ray from your high end laptop running Windows 10.

This was a refurbished piece of junk that was misadvertised. I am returning it immediately.

This unit replaces a Samsung player that failed. So far this refurbished unit is working just fine.

Spent $60 on this refurbished Sony Blu-ray. I wish I could say it was worth it. The thing freezes up constantly. So much for "inspected to factory condition." Fail.

I was hesitant to purchase a refurbished blue ray, but I didnt only get a blue ray. When I turned it on, I had Netflix already available and downloaded.

Works great so far. Wouldn’t know it’s a refurbished product. Used only 2x.
