I have the original box and the X10. When I bought the first it was great I could pick up so many channels then it got to the point that it wouldnt update it kept saying updated failed so I decided to give the X10 a try it worked fine for about a week and now it doesnt update either. I sent them a message asking why it doesnt update and I have heard nothing back from them. I wouldnt recommend buying this unless you want to throw away good money!

The X10 is definitely an upgrade over the original XBMCMART box. Is it 75% better? Maybe so, maybe not. The download speed with a wireless connection is four times faster than with my original box, and I have fewer buffering problems. The X10 offers access to the same programming as the original box, with a somewhat spiffier interface. But be warned, the X10 introduces one truly obnoxious feature: the only way to keep the X10 turned off is by disconnecting it from its power source. The blasted thing will turn itself on if it is connected to a power source; if you turn it off, within 20 minutes or so it will have turned itself back on.

First received the product and was excited to finally cut the cord. After some adjusting there were quite a few channels that we couldnt watch. All local news stations were missing and football is impossible to watch. After purchasing an antenna for some of the local broadcast channels and uploading several apps we still are missing all but 1 football game a week and 2 news stations. Most of the streaming movie apps dont work and its a struggle at times to watch stuff all the way through without lag or being booted off. The system does not stay off and will cut back on in the middle of the night and cut back on the TV. We resorted to unplugging it. Wifi keeps a low signal at all times even when its 5 ft from my router with no walls to intervene. Reading reviews of bad customer service and tech support I dont have time to wait days or weeks to contact them regarding these issues. Especially for the high price I needed to use my small window I had left to return it. I was excited about this box but it failed us miserably.

This product is great! It does what is said it does, the catch is you have to have strong internet connection (>100mbs), specially for live TV. I would have given it 5 stars but the company or the website doesnt have any customer support whatsoever. I had the older version and it worked fine for about 2 yrs but when I changed my internet modem it kept on asking me for username and password, which I couldnt remember, and I couldnt reset the password ( attempted to contact the customer support to no avail) but I figured I buy a new one, this one has a better picture(4k for the most part) than the old virsion and less buffering. I have used it for about a month and its working fine. Saving me about $80/month in cable bill. I recomend this product for live TV, recorded shows, movies etc...

Works great, this is only as good as your Wi-Fi lets it to be. Keep that in mind. Poor Wi-Fi, poor box. Amazing Wi-Fi, amazing box.

Product not working there are no streams compatible with the search contacted company 3 times within a months time no one responded back to help resolve problems

Do not waste your money. This device is very frustrating. The LIVE TV sources rarely work, and they often crap out. The movie sources used to be better, but now there is a limited selection. I bought this model and the old model. Im very unhappy with both XBMC mart devices.

Its faster than the $99 model, and I have a few of them. Just waiting to see the value when it comes to the 4K content.... 6/12 update: Product gone down hill
