Not happy with the printer. The printer I had for the last 10 years was Xerox. It gave out last year and bought this one as a replacement. A lot of the feature does not work. If you need to print check, do not buy this printer. the manual feeder is terrible. Bought this product few months ago and it started printing double and shady. I am not happy with this product at all

Works as advertised. Setup takes a bit longer than some machines, but one should realize that they are setting up a real piece of office equipment here, not really a consumer product. Read the manual before you start, and youll be fine. Setup went flawlessly on a wireless network and on both Mac and PC machines. A lot of the settings are really customizable, too and some folks will no doubt appreciate that. The machine is a nice, compact size that fit easily into my home office space, in fact its smaller than the Brother machine it replaced. Its fast, and the print quality is very good. The build quality seems good, too. So far, Id recommend it. NOTE: you will want to order a high-capacity toner cartridge at the time of purchase as the cartridge that ships with the machine is a "starter" cartridge and you dont want to run out in the middle of doing your work. One wish I do have is that the paper tray would hold an entire ream of paper, but nothing in this size/price class does that anyway so it is what it is from that standpoint. Bottom line: this is a really nice little machine.

This is a good printer. Works with iOS too. (i.e. ipad etc.) I have some challenge while printing envelopes and it was going to sleep often and wouldnt be available until I changed the settings. For those reasons giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

Major software issues, loading workcentre desktop will not load, unable to load on Windows Vista nor Windows 10. Customer service was unable to resolve the issues, after three attempts, gave conflicting technical resolutions!

The reviews mentioned problems with the scanning feature and I have to agree. Had to call tech support to get it hooked up while all the other features went smooth. Stopped scanning in the middle of a run yesterday and now Ill be calling tech support again. I hope this isnt an indication of things to come or well be sending this machine back.

Looking for a small business BW office laser fax and backup copier. Easier to setup with ethernet connection logging in on the ip address thru internet browser login than thru a local usb connection. So far so good, (replacing our old xerox phaser 3200 mfp which had lasted almost 10 years as our fax machine.)

We finally learned how to set up the wifi access after we downloaded the manual from xerox. I think I would try a Brother next time since it is recommended by Consumer Reports. We would not have thought it a good value if we had to pay xeroxs price.w

Very easy to set up, has been compatible with all 6 computers we have in the house and has delivered clear, crisp pages. My husband is the one who made the purchase and usually operates the printer, but I cant get him to do a review to save his life. So far I have heard nothing but good things about the printer from him

Fyi doesnt do duplex scanning with auto document feeder. Good small all in one if dont need duplex scanning of documents.

Lifesaver! I use this in my school since the copier is always broken! It takes a minute t do large batches and sometimes the feeder bakes papers not come out straight but I cant live without it!
