I am extremely disappointed. I was so excited to get this printer and so when I got it i wanted to print out a photo. Well not a single photo would print. Every time i tried to print a photo i would get an error message saying to replace the cartridge. It came with a brand new cartridge installed. I tried replacing it anyway with the extra cartridges I had bought for it. Two other brand new cartridges gave the same error message. I tried resetting the printer, tried reinstalling the app, tried the cartridges again and nothing. Just the same error message. I am sending it back, if i decide to try again i may update my rating but I am very much on the fence now.

Id been comparing wireless printers for awhile and decided to try this one with the mindset that if I had any problems with the app, I would just return the whole thing and wash my hands of it. And to my surprise, I really enjoyed it - for the month that it worked! Of course, now that its ineligible for return Ive discovered that since the latest app update, NONE of my photos appear in the gallery. With nothing to print, my printer is effectively a $100 brick. Kodak Mini Shot has two stars in the app store and appears to be garbage for almost everyone. Caveat emptor.

The body of my Kodak Mini2 photo printer unit split open, even though I took the trouble to purchase a protective case to store it in. Even if I could get the 2 parts of the case to connect, the plastic body appears to be warped and it won’t stay closed. I deeply regret giving a Kodak photo printer a second try, because the other Kodak photo printer device had also split open and could not be “closed.” I thought it might be a fluke, so I bought another Kodak printer, this time a bigger one. I feel badly that I have wasted a lot of money on two tries with a Kodak printer. The return window has already closed, so I can’t get a refund. I’ve learned a lesson with items that might need to be returned: try it out right away, or else you can’t return it if it’s defective!

I love this palm size printer! Only problem is I had difficulty finding the replacement cartridges on Amazon. After looking around, I found a photo shop that did a special order for me. I hope it will be available on Amazon soon!

I owned an older Canon Selphy CP800 which was supposed to be a "portable photo printer". Blah. It was so bulky I couldnt go anywhere with it and it also didnt come with a battery. This Kodak one is truly a portable printer because it has a built-in battery and print quality is on par with the Canon one. Good buy

I love this little printer! Fun to use and so very convenient. Everyone is amazed by this thing and I even did photo printing on an airplane! Plan to purchase as gifts and when I wear it out,I will buy another.

I bought this for sending small picture to my daughter while she was on bootcamp. It was perfect. She said the pics were just the right size that they did not take up too much space in her locker. It was easy to use from my smartphone and while the pictures were not of the same quality of a large size photo printer, they were still very good - I really only had a problem with pics of our dogs. Both of them are dark in color and hard to photograph anyway. :) Overall I am very happy with the printer!

When I heard that my best friends mom got so physically weak that the doctors went ahead with a timeline for her, we were all broken for her. I thought of buying this for her so she could get a lot of pictures with her and have them printed right away. I know how much she treasures every moment with her now.

I absolutely love the fact that this printer fits right into the palm of my hand. Additionally, a photo shop near my house is the one that always keeps me supplied with my cartridges, so as soon as you find a place, you should be completely set with an amazing printer by your side!

I bought this for my Wife for Christmas primarily because if purported to print direct from the Facebook app. I like it otherwise but cant get that function enabled. You click "connect" in the App and it takes you to the social media choices. Pick Facebook and it has a link to login. Click that and it takes you to a Facebook failure page with a lot of techno-doubletalk about a bad hash, whatever that is. Bottom line, it wont connect to Facebook. Anyone have any suggestions? Printer is cool enough to still get 4 stars, would be 5 if it did what it is advertised to do.
