I have 3 of these and similar printers, the pagewide printer is the only way to go, prints fast and great color, use it to print pictures and does great, ues to print labels too and no problem. Look at the size of the ink cartridges, these will last for a long time with thousands of prints. That alone is enough to buy this printer, the ease of adding the ink cartridges , the speed, its reliable, cant believe others have not found this out yet, Wont be disappointed.

I bought this printer back in early March 2017.We print about 150 envelopes a day on Kraft paper and this printer has been fantastic. The best we have ever had. The ink lasts forever. The XL cartridges are expensive but we have only had to replace two cartridges since March! Initially there were teething problems with connections and getting it to work (I did not read the instructions).... Since then this printer has been awesome. I am seriously thinking of buying another.

I bought 2 of these printers and neither one of them worked. The first one wouldnt let me put in the ink and the second one gave me an error message after I put the ink in. I have always been a HP person, but this changed my mind. I bought a Cannon printer that I really like.

When it works its great! But it seems like when its idle for a day, it cant wake up and when it does, it goes into a firmware error . . . on/off button doesnt work . . . I have to unplug it and plug it back in, then it works ok. Very frustrating. Did I get a lemon?

This printer has been a nightmare from the beginning. It never stays connected to our wireless network. NEVER! HP has been ZERO HELP! When it does stay connected it is slow and spotty when printing.

Does not print as sharp as I would expect. Is fast. Barcodes on envelopes come out smudged when printing USPS postage permit return mail barcodes.

Nice printer. Third party cartridges are not available for it right now though. Ink costs more than the printer!!

Great printers, the ink lasts much longer than lower priced ink jet units, saving money in the long run.

Fast printer. Too early to say more, as I dont know how much the cartridges will last. Not that great, however, while printing photos. But I like it.
