Im not exactly computer savvy so it took me about ten minutes or so to get up and running with my laptop. The printer is awesome. I keep covered with the front open off in a corner out of the way. Hit print and it wakes up and does its thing.

Picked this up for a co-worker at the office, someone that doesnt print a whole lot, and so far it is working out pretty well. We did go ahead and purchase additional ink cartridges for it too since its hard to tell how long they will last.

Terrible. I just opened the box and Ive spent 45 minutes trying to install a ink cartridge and the thing still wont take it. Not a good start.

It says it comes with ink. My ink ran out after printing only a few sheets in black and white. The "color" ink only printed in a pink tint. So I went and bought new ink...and now it wont print in color. On top of that, for the first few days any time I wanted to print I had to set up the wireless connection on the printer. The next day I would try to print, and would have to do it again. The connection wouldnt stick. Maybe it is just me. But this printer has not been easy to use/navigate AT ALL. Total waste of money.

Total crap. Didnt work... As soon as we hooked it up and started it, it kept saying paper jam and there wasnt even any paper in the printer. I wouldve given zero stars, but it wouldnt let me

The sleek design is nice. Setup was a breeze. I love the touchscreen and the pull out tray. My pictures come out great. My old Canon printer was the pits! Im happy with my purchase.

Overall, its a nice printer for the money. Quality of print/scan is good. I have had times especially with scanning where it will suddenly develop problems smack in the middle of things. Such as, when scanning four pages, first one smooth as silk, second one smooth as silk, third one just seconds later unable to find computer, check settings, etc. You call up the print/scan doctor. It takes a few minutes and determines that there is a problem with the driver (which apparently happened just in the few seconds between scanning pages 2 and 3). Must unplug and replug printer, completely reboot computer, then let the scan doctor work a few more minutes. After that, it proudly says that it has fixed problems, and you then scan pages 3 and 4 with no issues. Total time for scanning page 3: 15 minutes. But for a cheap printer/scanner, it will give you a print/scan, even if it occasionally loses its way sometimes.
