So glad to get this printer as I have an old windows version and couldn’t find one compatible. It works great and I would buy again!!

Ive owned this printer for five years. I got it for free. I should said no and bought a modern laser printer instead. This thing is an absolute money pit. It costs me 120 bucks to refill ink. The cartridges are chipped so third party ink wont work. As far as Im concerned HP is practically criminal here. Screw these guys. Even if its a quality product, dont think for a second you arent being taken advantage of.

Printer works well. But it uses 3 color and one black ink cartridge. If one of the color cartiridges goes out it wont print, even in greyscale, until you replace it. And all three of my color cartridges were flagged by the printer as "depleted" even though they werent, in the same week. I rarely print in color so Im assuming the printer goes by time instead of ink level in demanding the replacement. There is no excuse for not at least letting me print in black and white.
