Wireless set up is a breeze if you follow Canons Youtube video which demonstrates clear, step-by-step directions on how to set up the printer for wireless use. Set up video for Windows and MAC can be found on Youtube . If you use MAC filtering on your wireless router, you will need to ADD the printers MAC address to your router BEFORE you begin the setup. The printer delivers clear, crisp documents. The scanner is a bit LOUD but it works well. Copying a document works well and copies are delivered quickly. I dont have a telephone line so I cant comment on the fax system but I have a similar unit at work and its perfect.

I wish I could give zero stars. It breaks down every day and the technical support is worthless. When I had an issue with the printer, the tech supports advice was to "return it". Like i said, worthless. Buy one from a good brand.

This printer was the most difficult printer I have ever setup for wireless printing. It literally took me hours over a few days. The guide is useless. I still dont have it installed on one computer. After having said all that, when you finally set it up, it seems like a good printer. It prints quickly, faxes well and scans easily. Ive only had it a couple of weeks, but I would still recommend it. It is a monochrome printer that only prints black which is fine for me. I feel they made that pretty clear in their description. I would like it to print a little darker, but maybe I just havent found the setting for that yet. There is a toner cartridge already installed and I dont know how many pages it prints, but its still a plus. It goes into and out of the sleep mode quickly, thus saving some power I assume. One star for tech because while I was setting it up, I was going to chat with them but it would cost $1. Not a big deal but please, I just bought your printer, no free assistance?
