Sony BDPS6700 4K 3D Streaming Blu-Ray Disc Player (Renewed)

I have owned a number of Blu-ray Players over the years. LG, Samsung, Phillips Magnavox, etc. All were at least okay; none were wonderful. This one is darn close to wonderful. Beautiful up-scaled picture. No it is not 4k. If you want a real 4k player you are going to have to shell out a lot more. But it does a very convincing job of up-scaling DVDs and Blu-ray to near 4k levels. Controls are intuitive, responsive and logically laid out on the remote. Best of all, the WiFi is strongly received, and as I am using this in a far corner of the house, away from the router, that performance was important. Pleased to say: No dropped signals at all!

Super easy to set up. Looks and works like new. Great 4K upscaling. I bought a 4K HDR TV last week and didnt want to spend the money on a 4K Blu-ray player replacing my Blu-ray collection with 4K ones. This was a perfect solution.

The player is excellent, works perfectly. The little power supply that came with it did not work, and the vendor did not have a power supply they could send me. They authorized a fully paid return for replacement, but I chose instead to purchase (on-line) a replacement power supply ($9), which arrived shortly and worked perfectly. The Sony player has been humming along ever since.

Works really well for its small size. A little trouble with connecting to wi-fi, but connects through Ethernet wire very easily. Seems to connect more easily to wi-fi after connecting it to network through the Ethernet connection, and updating everything. Then the wifi connects better.

Works very well, better than the Samsung I bought a few months earlier. Should have bought the Sony in the first place, they have never disappointed me.

I love this! out old Blu-Ray died and we needed a new one ,,, but were using it more fore streaming Amazon Prime and VuDu.

This bluray player has a lot of good features. In my case, I connected this to Ethernet, not WIFI. Very good price for this product. Would definitely buy again.
