Have to give it 3 stars, only because when its working properly it works great. However it Habitually freezes up and it takes as long as 45 minutes to unfreeze it. Even unplug it for a week and its still frozen when you plug it back in and it still will not turn off. When you unfreeze it be prepared to set it up all over again. So get out the passwords and codes and get good and aggravated. My first Sony smart DVD wireless 3D player in the living room, bought in 2012 at amazon is still working 100 times far better then this clunker. Looks like LG is top of the line these days. My house is filled with LG magic and rightfully so. When I finally get fed up Im going to take a Base ball bat to this aggravating over priced contraption and get an LG smart 3D DVD player.
