Truly an amazing bundle; the blu ray player is exactly what I was looking for and at a great price. The setup was easy, the picture quality is excellent and the streaming Wi-Fi is wonderful. The menu is very easy to navigate. The ear buds work perfect, and the cleaning kit is extremely useful!!!
We are entirely satisfied with our Sony BDP-S6700 streaming device. It produces a particularly sharp picture in all modes. Its operation is easy and setup was straightforward. I did experience a problem with the original connection and operation to an audio/video amplifier. This issue was quickly and professionally resolved by Sony customer service.

I bought it from "Savings Tech" through Amazon. I checked it out for several weeks before writing this review. Im very pleased with it. The unit functions exactly as expected. It came with everything needed including the batteries. No complaints at all. I was pleasantly surprised at the price of $114.00, and it arrived the day it was expected. Good experience with Savings Tech.
Just as advertised and we appreciated the fast service. This replaces our former blu Ray player and we’re very happy with it!
This Sony player is a true upgrade from my Samsung which died recently. This player is QUIET, unlike my Samsung that chirped and spun and made jerky tracking noises from day one. The remote is small and easy to use. The setup was very easy, even for a techno-dope like me. PLEASE NOTE - the earbuds in this bundle ARE NOT SONY. They are crap. I have already thrown them away. Sound only came out of one side unless I jiggled the input and then it was stereostatic. DVD players from Sony used to be fantastic. The new ones are nothing but garbage. I own three of them now and they all do the same thing. They freeze up will not let you turn them off and or on and one of them will not play DVDs and it’s brand new and it’s too late to return it to Amazon as my 30 days are up. So I guess I’m stuck with this item I paid $120 for. The only way you can reset it to get it to turn on and or off from time to time and unplug it and wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in again. It’s very annoying. I would not at all recommend this product and or any Sony Blu-ray DVD players.
Delivery was quick. I replaced an older model Sony BDP. It had worked really well and I expect the same performance from this one.
Box came on time. Connects easy and provides a clear picture. This is a cable killer for sure!
I very nearly returned this player after it wouldnt play Blu-ray discs at all. After reading reviews of this and other players for an hour and getting profoundly depressed over the poor quality of them all (in small but real percentages), I remembered that one review noted the player wouldnt play certain discs (4K I think) without an HDMI2 cable, and got "No signal from source" error messages - just like I got. I then got out the spiffy gold-plated connector HDMI cable that came with the player, unplugged my older cable, hooked up the new one, and presto! It works now. REALLY relieved I didnt have to go to the trouble of re-packing it, then trying to guess which one to roll the dice on. So: for not having an instruction manual and causing me several days of intense aggravation, 4 stars. Time will tell if it goes up or down from there, but for now, its working.
