broke immediately--plugged the device in and entered all of my passwords for streaming services. Tested the streaming, it seemed fine. Turned everything off. When I came back to watch a streaming program, I pushed the power button and nothing happened. The unit would not power up at all. How am I supposed to returned this to the seller when my Amazon, Hulu, Netflix and other streaming services passwords are all on this unit. I had to destroy this Player and eat the charge and reset all passwords. Buyer beware! I should have read the terrible return policy. There is a restock fee even if the merchandise is damaged. NEVER EVER AGAIN! I buy too many things from Amazon to have to deal with all the things that went wrong with this transaction!

After only 3 month the player quit playing. The remote is hard to use because the buttons are small and clustered near the bottom. Not back lighting on remote or power button on player. 11-30-17 I was contacted by seller and asked for the order #. I supplied this and was told by seller he would "get back to me". This was 2 weeks ago. I have since bought a new Sony player and it took less than 5 minutes to install and works great, much faster and even has a power indicator light. The remote is also easier to use one-handed.

Ive had this for less than 9 months and it has completely stopped working. Not worth trying to repair. Save your money and buy a different unit, very disappointed in this product, ive never had a DVD player stop working like this! DO NOT order from this seller, they have a 30 day window AND DO NOT stand behind the products they sell!!

90 days from date of receipt June 20th, 2017 and it stop working on Sunday evening. Would not turn on with remote, changed battieres, still didnt work nor would it turn on from the unit itself. Very unhappy and did think I purchased a warranty cause I had another Sony that barely lasted two years!

I tried contacting the seller to replace or return this item--I have gotten NO REPLY from them. This DVD player plays EVERYTHING SO DARK!!! You cant even make out faces or other objects when they are in a darkened room or space, and nighttime scenes are impossible to decipher! Even daytime or bright scenes are darker than they should ever be. I played these DVDs on another player and the scenes were nice and bright (this is a Blu-Ray Disc Player, too!). I am still hoping to hear from them--they ARE Amazon sellers after all!

Lasted less than a year. Wont power up. No lights to indicate whether or not the power is on. Not user friendly.
