This is the worst player I have ever purchased. Play DVDs fine, its worthless for streaming Netflix. Software is updated, and it constantly hangs, hangs, hangs. Constantly unplugging it to reset it as the device completely freezes up. Has gone from bad to worse, to useless and now I have to replace it with another brand of course.
It’s been 10 months since I bought this in May of 2017 and the draw will not open. No matter what I try, eject will not work so I can no longer use the product. That’s way to short a time to break down, even for an electronic device. I believe there is a one year warranty so I will be contacting the seller.
Works well as a region-free DVD player, but is awful for streaming media. Freezes constantly, cuts out during the show. I replaced Amazon Fire TV with this and will have to go back. Frustrating,
It doesn’t work well with Netflix/Hulu/streaming. Lags, gets stuck, even though I can play the videos seamlessly on my laptop/phone/other wifi devices. This was one of the main reasons I bought this player.
