The product arrived well packed in excellent shape and it does exactly what the specifications say. It is zone and region free player.
Most: the All-Region feature. This was my guiding criterion in choosing this particular product. Less: the remote is too small, with not enough distinction between the buttons’ placement and "feel" — I keep hitting the wrong ones and getting responses I dont want, such as trying to Pause it and instead Stopping it and having to start all over. Least: I often shut it down in the middle of the discs program. When I power up again to resume watching, the machine doesnt remember where I was when I shut down, and I have to start all over and find my "spot" again by (much) trial and error.
The streaming, works very inconsistent on all apps however Netflix freezes all the time and freezes the device . I have to constantly pull out the power vire. My internet speed is fast. My neighbor has much lower speed and yet all the streaming works fine on her smart TV, which tells me that the software on this player is crap. I wish I could return it, but threw the box away.
Arrived less than 24 hours from ordering. Mint condition on opening package. Install was simple. Default settings worked perfect for my use so far. Plugged cable into my router and instantly all features worked including smart interface to internet, photos, music, movies and premium apps (Netflix, amazon, hulu, you-tube, etc. (eight in total) . Navigating dvd operation and functions via remote is straight forward. LOVE THIS DVD.
Worked as described. Plays region 2 blue rays. Excited to have it.

it came on time and it works.
Didnt get round to setting it up for a while and still have to try all the promised capabilities, but am happy with what I have tried.
I got this one be course he is open for so many countries I am using it in Iceland and he open all market DVD & Blu ray I use from many zone.
The player came in exactly on the day you estimated, it was easy to connect and simple to work. I’m very satisfied with everything from order to delivery to function. Thank you
