This Blu-Ray Player has a version of the software that LG does not support, so if you buy it be aware that you will not get any support. The vendor MULTISYSTEM-ELECTRONICS also does not reply to messages sent through the Amazon platform. I was unable to watch a region B disc, so I contacted LG. They told me to reinstall the original software to try to see if that would work. It did not. I also contacted MULTISYSTEM-ELECTRONICS through Amazon. At the first contact, they told me the magic sequence to type on the remote to be able to watch a region-B disc, but when I told them I needed the software patch again since it was removed through the LG support call, they never replied. Bottom line, do not buy this if you want a really region-free player. Youll be able to play all region A-B-C- discs (like the ones you buy through Amazon.co.uk), but not the ones that only have one region on them.
