Worst blu Ray I’ve ever had. My dad bought one for Christmas and we’ve had nothing but trouble. The disc tray opens on it’s one in sets of two when we are watching Netflix or Amazon prime. Now the box did a reset without permission and forced me to create a whole new log in with all my info and then I had to re log back into all of my apps I was previous using. I have never been so frustrated with a blu ray device.
