Xerox Phaser 3260/DNI Monchrome Laser Printer - Wireless

I have read the reviews about how difficult was to set up the printer or how long it took to do it. Well, it took me longer to unbox the printer than setting it up for wireless printing. My Windows laptop doesnt have a CD drive so I downloaded the software/driver from Xerox, I didnt read the quick setup or the installation manual, I just followed the directions that the software/driver was giving me. From unboxing to printing it took me 5 minutes. 1) Unbox printer and remove all shipping covers and the black sheet of paper (you need to remove the toner). 2) Load and adjust paper. 3) Plug the printer, and connect the printer via the provided USB to your computer (dont turn it on yet). 4) Download the software/driver from Xerox: "Phaser 3260 V4 Windows 8 & 10 Print Driver", the file name should be something like: V4XPS_XEROX_PHASER_3260_V12.exe 5) Turn on the Printer. 6) Run the downloaded software/driver ("V4XPS_XEROX_PHASER_3260_V12") on your PC/laptop and follow the instructions (for Wireless Connection, select the obvious option from the menu, select your WIFI network and continue). Then, the software will ask you to disconnect/unplug the USB cable from the PC/laptop. Continue with the installation. 7) Finish and print test page. I printed several documents without problem after the installation. I also checked and printed from an iPhone XS and iPhone 6S using AirPrint without any problem. Enjoy.

Checks and bank drafts require printing with magnetic toner or the checks wont scan at banks or retail stores. Xerox 3260 laser printer does a great job of fusing magnetic (MICR) toner to check paper if you install a ChecksNet CheckToner MICR cartridge as a replacement for the standard non-magnetic toner cartridge that comes with the printer.

I really like the Xerox quality. Yes, it’s supplies are a bit more expensive, though the quality is there. I’ve used Phaser wax printers for over 10 years. Print quality is second to none. The set-up of the 3260 was quick and easy. I use it on my 2018 iMac.

As a family we print a lot, tickets, school papers, etc. We were looking for something economical, but good print quality. This little printer, although not color, is so far doing exactly what we needed. Set up fast, toner is durable and the quality is great. I would buy this product again.

Love this Laser AirPrinter. Setup was super easy and fast! Here is exactly the setup to set this printer up and be AirPrinting in 5 minutes or less. Open box, unpack, remove tape, remove toner cover, load paper, connect power and wired network connection. Power on. AirPrint! That is it! I spent about one hour reading reviews and trying to figure out which printer to get. Noticed some reviews complaining about this or that and ended up at this printer still worried I may hate it. So far I am super happy, should this change I will update my review. If you want black laser printing using AirPrint this printer will not disappoint! I didnt try connecting the printer via computer or over wifi. I dont need or want to. Any printer connected to a wifi network for printing will always have issues. Always! A wired network connection to any printer is a must. I spent more time writing this review than setting this printer up and printing the first page! Love this printer from Day 1!

I purchased three of these as printers for individual offices and the staff loves them. Good quality print, quiet and having the print job come out of the top instead of the front makes it more versatile as to where it can be placed. We put them under the desk on little stands and it frees up more desk space.
