With HDMI it is diffacult to get colurs good. The monitor is very dark in games. I had to use Nvidia control panel to get it good. In the control panel brightness is 60%, Contrast 40%, Gamma +1.73. Monitor it self. Brightness 59, contrast 72, Saturation 54, skin tone Natural. With these settings games are good. Plantetbase, Fallout 4, Osiris New Dawn.(early access game), Farming Simulator 17, Subnautica. All look good with these settings. Took like three days of playing with settings.

This review is for the Asus VA325H monitor. It was perfect right out of the box, just plug in and no adjustments needed. Be advised that it is a big sucker, it took a little getting used to but I never want to return to my 24". Im in my 2nd week of use so its still early but so far so good. The built in speakers are not very good but are usable in a pinch, the power supply is built in so no power brick laying around also know that the power switch is in the back in the lower right side of the monitor its takes a bit to get used to that since you cant see it. Overall very pleased.

Using this with PS4 and it was a huge difference from playing on a 50” LG TV. With the price @ $199, going to look to purchase another during Prime Day.

Likes: Dont have to squint at 20 inch screen Picture adjusts really well with the monitor controls on the right side. Built-in firmware aligns the interactive menu options with the buttons so you dont have to simultaneously look at the rear and front of the monitor to make settings adjustments. The stand looks sketchy on the store webpage, but is actually made out of sturdy material, so thats good. I love this monitor. Dislikes: Did not come with 2 hdmi ports and input switching, but hey, its a budget monitor. Will update review in six months.

Purchased to use as a computer monitor as well as a TV for bedroom. Picture quality is great especially if your computers or device output is 1080p and set up was easy as the desk stand was pre-installed. HDMI and VGA inputs are a plus and 3.5 mm analog audio output is nice but optical out would have been better. I was expecting the built in speakers to sound a bit better but it does not matter to me as my computer is connected to external speakers. Only other issue which isnt an issue for me is the lack of mounting brackets. I currently have the monitor on my desk but it would of been nice to have the option to mount on to a wall. Overall its a great buy even though it lacks a few features seen on similarly priced monitors. The image quality makes up for it and is serving its dual role as computer monitor and bedroom TV very well.

For the size it has a quality picture and very reasonable price. Overall design is simplistic but aesthetically sleek and good functionality. Has an non-obstructive frame and stand making it feel very sturdy. Unboxing and initial set-up was easy due to the stand being attached while in the box. Has an unusual input and power plug design where they all face down instead of out, making the hardware connection slightly more complicated if you have it set on a desktop but lets you lay it against a wall easier. Four stars only for limited inputs: one HDMI and one VGA. Standard is typically two HDMI.

This is great quality monitor and size for the price. My only complaint is it doesnt have a white DVI output. It only takes analog (blue ended cable) or HDMI. My old monitor took all three but since I dont have HDMI at the moment Im stuck using analog until I upgrade my video card.

Great product, I use it as a second monitor for dual monitoring on my rig, its mostly for watching netflix, and hulu while I lay in bed and fall asleep. Quality is great, and comes clocked in with a bright and vibrant display, as well as a massively large display. If you plan on using it for a main display, I feel you would have to sit back a bit further then my current 24" main display (Acer 24 1ms 144hz). keep in mind that if you plan on using this for gaming that it has a 4ms response time, which is common among most monitors over 27". Asus has never let me down and ive owned over 7 of their products over the years, Graphics cards, mother boards, monitors etc. Never once have I receive a D.O.A. from this company and never once has one of their products died on me. Great buy!

I love this monitor but... it only has two mounting holes. you cant mount this vertically well i did but you cant mount it vertically easily.

I decided to return the monitor. I plugged my 2013 MacBook pro in using the HDMI cable that came with the monitor but the text and pictures are blurry. The highest resolution was 1080p. Its most likely due to the fact that Im using the HDMI cable to connect. I didnt try mini display port to HDMI, which potentially could solve the problem. Or maybe a better HDMI cable. But I didnt realize that the monitor didnt have display port. There are other reasons for me to return it, though those were not related to the monitor itself. Overall the monitor was stylish, color was a little washed, build quality seem good, built in speakers were a little weak. I wish it had a display port for my Mac.
