The build quality of the projector is pretty decent. It’s metal and compact. The image is bright and has good resolution as advertised. You can see some pixels if you have a large projection on the wall but it’s definitely HD. I was able to get Happycast to work with my iPhone but only to project simple applications. If I needed to give a PowerPoint type presentation without animation, I’m pretty sure it would work. If I want to show someone my chess game, it will work. However, I was not able to project a Netflix video or a YouTube video from my iPhone. The projector does show up as a choice under the screen mirroring button on my iPhone, but it doesn’t work for heavy data transfer like videos. The embedded Netflix was patchy. It worked one day but not the next. The YouTube app said it needed to be updated but when I tried to update it in the projector it said that the version was not compatible for the device. When I updated the Happycast app, I did not get the same message. It updated ok. The YouTube app works even without the update tho. I paired a UE Boom speaker with it via Bluetooth. It works but there is a delay between the image and the sound. It looks like a movie with a bad dubbing job. I paired a Bluetooth mouse with the projector. I recommend doing that. The remote can be a little unwieldy to click on some parts of some websites. It also made navigating the setting app easier. The keystone correction is not automatic. Or at least the automatic correction doesn’t fully adjust the image shape. It’s better to adjust it manually using the settings app. It’s still not perfect but it’s does make the shape better. Don’t expect a perfectly rectangular image after the adjustment. It’s a projector, I didn’t buy it expecting a perfectly rectangular shape. If you’ve read this up until now, you’re probably wondering why I gave it 4 stars. It’s because if you pair it up with an AppleTV, all the software issues go away. Using the AppleTV Netflix app is great. Screen mirroring works with no issues. I haven’t tried the AppleTV version of the YouTubeTV app yet but I’m pretty sure it would work fine. When I paired the UE Boom speaker with the AppleTV, the timing of the sound was synced with the images. I don’t have a FireStick but I would guess that the FireStick would work just as well as AppleTV. Chromecast or other HDMI inputs are also probably decent options as well. But bear in mind that I’ve only used the projector with my AppleTV. In short, the hardware is great. The software not so much. You can make up for the software with an HDMI input device.

Unlike most projectors, this product is very compact. It comes with a tripod and remote and it’s quite bright for its small size.

That is my first projector. Try to remove my old TV. You have to agree it is a nice looking projector. Is small and portable. And have a remote. You can connect to the phone without a wire. But have to be the same wifi. I enjoy the movie with this white looking projector. Only use the white wall, plan to buy a projector screen.

The projector was a nice thing to have for 10 months, then it stopped working and I tried to contact a service center as a manual for an item said we are eligible for a 1 year warranty. A customer service representative advised me "to update the system manually following the link" he provided. I was not sure why I have to do it by myself, if I still had a warranty, however I followed the instructions and at a step 5 realised that it was written on all Vista pro, release around 2007-2008, and a lot of files were missed. I contacted customer service again and they never returned to me. I contacted the retailer via Amazon and learned there is a problem with recipients email system. You should think twice before buying such an expensive item as it could last only for 10 months and PoFun representatives are quite relaxed going back to you.

I bought this on a whim to see how it performed and I was so impressed with it that I purchased a screen shortly thereafter. The brightness and detail for something so inexpensive was really shocking to me. Its not outputting a 1080p picture but it looks pretty close! I mounted it on a ceiling and in order to get most of the picture in focus I had to adjust it so the picture isnt perfectly square on the screen. Its a slight drawback but again, for the price, I am completely satisfied.

This is the ideal projector for anyone who is trying to have a theater-quality movie experience at home on a budget. The picture is truly exceptional and with the ability to max out at like 150"" it really is unbeatable for the price. Another awesome feature is that because it is so small and light.
