AAXA M6 Full HD Micro LED Projector with Built-in Battery - Native 1920 x 1080p FHD Resolution, 1200 Lumens, 30,000 Hour LEDs, Onboard Media Player, Business/Home Theater Use
I bought the M6 Micro Full HD 1920x1080 projector for work & development projects just over a month ago from Amazon. It worked fine for the first few weeks. Then the remote seemed to quit being able to control it. The unit will power up from the manual switch, but it will not respond to commands from the remote. I changed the CR2032 battery in the remote & no joy. I bought the 4 year extended warranty package and would like to find out if theres some trick that could just get it syncd up and working again. Love the projector, hate the hassle of something this essential going whale fail. Posting this same email to the Amazon review as a verified purchaser. Please advise the solution you propose. I tried to like this little guy, like other reviews said yes the fans can be loud but if paying a movie its not noticeable. Its really bright especially for its size and 1080P makes those large screen sizes doable and still sharp. Works great in ambient light.... But here is the issue that is making me return it... Its not the lack of keystone correction(thats annoying) its that whatever chip they are using for the projector it makes its color reproduction horrible!!! I mean its just plain bad!! I can not watch a movie on this as the colors are so distorted... When plugging in to my laptop even the basic windows desktop (windows 10) the flowers background look so bad that I can not stand it... I have had projectors for years and even a projector from over 20 years ago had better color reproduction than this... I would also gripe that the fact it can only support a 32GB USB drive is annoying too, I have another LG unit that I can plug my 4tb HDD in and play all my files right off of it. This projector would make a good portable PowerPoint presentation but thats not me... I just can not get over the colors... I am sending this one back... I also believe that something that should be considered in a micro projector is that short throw is preferred normally a smaller projector will be used in a small room... Its not a bid deal but in a dorm room (or equivalent) to get a 100" screen this needs to be pretty far back. I tried to love this its brightness and resolution almost won me over, I could live without keystone correction but the color reproduction is just too bad for me... And I find the onboard media player worthless...

No ability to adjust keystone period. I knew it didn’t have auto feature before I purchased but assumed you could manually adjust. If you can’t position this thing level don’t buy it. I used a small 8” tripod to raise it off the table just a bit and the 1/4-20 tripod insert pulled loose on first use. I’m waiting on the epoxy to dry now... Hey AAXA mold in a hex shaped insert and spend a few more bucks in manufacturing to correct the keystone and I’d gladly pay $150 more and give you a higher rating. Picture is good and for the money and size not a whole lot of other options in the 1080p spec.

The quality was great and the size was perfect. Not including keystone correction was a huge omission. Not being able to display video at an angle makes this player useless for Christmas/Halloween decorations where placement is usually limited and changing. Its great to have 1080p, but not at the cost of Keystone. Will go with another 720p with short throw and the much needed keystone correction. Just buy if you will set and forget, just mind that the installation will need to be perfect as you will not have any corrections to the image.

This product would have higher rating from me except it is missing a key feature for my use- Keystone correction- something all other projectors I have bought have (I have bought about 20 for my company including 4 different LED projectors somewhat like this one). The 1st surprise was no foot/height adjustment but then saw a screw hole for a tripod... I happened to have a handheld type tripod (something many users may not have) and was liking the tripod better than adjustment feet on some-BUT then discovered it must be 100% level to the screen because there is on keystone adjustment to square the image when pointed up or down.... whoops, needed to return it. Apparently there are other small projectors that also have no keystone, but that is necessary for my on-the go sales reps that have different environments to set up in, if you dont need this maybe this is good because it seemed very nice otherwise. Notes: this is a shame because this unit seemed to be better than my Acer, Optoma and LG LED projectors (brighter and 1080p at a good price). One other note- it has a small power brick vs just a cord and I am not a fan of power bricks. My Acer/Optima have no need for external power brick, but my LGs do (PF1500 brick is huge)

Wonderful for the price. You can get an HD projector for $599.00 whats not to like? Well Ill get to a couple of things at the end Remember, you get what you pay for! I bought this primarily as a business projector, giving product presentations, updates, talking to analysts, investors and so forth. It comes with a handy carrying case and I used an HDMI cable (not included) to hook it up to my Apple Macbook Pro. Picture is very good, bright, very sharp and I use my slides in 16:9 mode so an HD projector works well for me, I can also use it to view movies, TV, etc. It is light and easy to carry although the finish will get, and show fingerprints, smudges, etc. It will run on batteries too, a nice feature for someone who wants to have a portable projector with them as well as a laptop, no electrical power required to go about your business. The internal battery also provides another nice feature, when running on battery it is quiet. Yep, plugged in it is noisy. Too noisy to really want to listen to. I mean you could but I dont think youd want to watch a movie, TV show, Youtube video, etc while it is plugged in. If you are thinking about it strictly as a home entertainment projector you may want to look elsewhere. One other drawback, it is manual focus, so be aware youll have to tweak it when moving it around. Pros: Bright Crisp picture Detailed - letters sharp and easy to read Color looks good Light Comes with a case Battery operated Easily portable Cons: Noisy when plugged in Manual focus

Great projector! The quality is amazing. It is bright too and can be used in most shaded indoor environments. Battery power is also pretty good. Maybe just short of 90 mins. I used it for gaming with my Nintendo Switch and the projector battery life outlasted that device. My only gripes with this projector are: 1) The fan is loud 2) The mounting ring that connect it to a tripod slid out of place my first time using it 3) And my BIGGEST COMPLAINT. There is no keystoning feature for screen angle adjustments. Include that last feature and this projector would be a no-brainer 5 star item. Regardless Im still happy with the overall device.

Wonderful little projector. It was hard to find a small projector with native 1080p. I use this with a Microsoft Wireless Display adapter and was worried that the USB port on the projector might not be powered. It is powered, so it works like a charm, even under battery. The projector is noticably dimmer under battery power, but that is acceptable to me. The only issue I have had with the projector is that I have not been able to make the remote control work. I havent done any troubleshooting to see if it just the remote control battery, but I would like all that to work directly out of the box. The carrying case that comes with it is an engineering marvel. Everything has a cozy spot that leaves the projector protected and compact.

Likes: 1.Small size! Very light. Easy to carry. 2. Great picture... brighter than my previous projector 3. Long life LED bulbs... LEDs last far longer than traditional lamps. Dislikes: Could be a bit brighter for situations where bright ambient light cant be eliminated or dimmed.

This is my second AAXA projector. I use the projector in my classroom and it provides a clear picture when projecting images or slides. I gave the projector a 4star because it is not a micro projector instead it is rather large and bulky. AAXA creates sturdy LED projector that can take heavy and daily use, especially in a classroom setting.
