It works ok for video,but not that great for games. It definitely doesnt run HD no matter what it says. (Update) Since they decided to send an email wanting me to raise the rating and didnt address the fact that the product info says it supports 1080p and they only said its made for movies I decided to drop the rating another star

I am very happy with this projector. This is the first one I have owned, and it is fantastic for the price. I have watched 3 movies so far, and played PC games through my Steam Link. All great. Ive just been using the speaker built into the unit, and it is great as well. The picture can be a tad dark for darker games/video, but for 1800 Lumens, Im extremely satisfied.

I unboxed it to test if it works. It brought me to the system menu. Then I switched the source from USB to hdmi and plugged a Roku in. The picture looked fine but when I restarted the roku the projector kept flashing the picture of the Rokus home screen. When I restarted the projector it only shows white. It doesnt boot to the usb menu screen or come up with any picture. Its just nothing but a white picture where something should be. At this point its basically just an oversized flashlight now. Im returning this immediately in the morning. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the $60

I mainly use this projector to watch movies and play games from my computer. No problem with resolution even though the native resolution is only 480p. Optimal throw distance for me is about 2 metres. The brightness is more than enough if you can control the amount of light coming into the room (e.g. with blinds). Otherwise youll struggle to see the image. Setting the picture mode to "Vivid" makes the contrast much better than with the default settings.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend since he kept complaining about how small his TV was. He just moved to an apartment with a large white wall and has been using this little thing for everything! He plugged his Roku stick right into it and hooked it up to his speakers. Weve been able to watch hours of Netflix without even needing a TV - pretty cool!

I loved this product because of how clear and large the screen can get, great quality and amazing for movies. Make sure to buy a separate iPhone to hdmi cable for connecting phone though.

This is great if you are using it just for smaller projections. Its not a huge projection, and it can get fuzzy. The colors are absolutely whack. They are very very saturated colors. However, I am just using this for small personal art projects- and therefore, its great for me! Great for what you need it for!

I purchased this because it was on sale, and I don’t regret it. It serves its purpose and is overall pretty good. It makes an obnoxious buzzing sound when you first turn it on, but it goes away shortly thereafter. The volume is good for a smaller space, but I have it connected to small speakers to amplify the sound a little. The screen quality is fair, and can be adjusted to accommodate the size and distance of the projection, but do not expect perfection or top of the line. It is clear enough though. Price-wise, it’s a decent purchase and I appreciate that it takes up very little space.

This product does not work as well as other mini projectors available at the same price point. I purchased it to use while teaching overseas. It has been a complete waste of money. If I’d had more time with it before leaving the US, I would have returned it for a refund. I thought, perhaps, it was user error, but even with a professional grade screen and an IT expert, it’s still useless. Terrible product. You’re better off going with another brand. :-(

This is what I would call a great little introductory projector with a lot of features For the price. I used them attached to camera tripods to display animated scenes in my windows for Halloween. I used rear projection screens and the images were bright, sharp and clear (see pictures). I was hesitant to purchase this projector because it was listed for such a low price. However, I was very pleasantly surprised when I tested it and I ended immediately buying a second one! The accept hdmi input, but you can also play your content from a USB drive or SD Memory card to enable the projector to be used as a stand-alone player. The built-in ability to flip the playback horizontally was also great when using the rear projection screens. I will mention the focus and image tilt dials feel very “plastic-like”, but they worked well and they neither control ‘drifted’ after they were set, even with hours of continuous use. I can easily forgive some plastic at this price point. One tip to help you during set up... download a full screen test pattern image or video (lots of them freely available) and put it on a usb drive. You can then use this to adjust your projector distance from the screen, focus and tint. Much easier than trying to do it with your video content playing.
