I got this item as a birthday gift, as it has all the bells and whistles that I need in a 4K Blu Ray player. Sadly, the thing did not perform well. Others here have reported on the loud motor and the violent clicking noise when playing Blu Ray discs that make it impossible to comfortably watch a movie, and these problems were present in the unit I received. Added to these problems, the front panel eject button quit working after 2 weeks, and the unit is so light weight that it skids across the table whenever I tried try to switch it on or off. Given its relatively high price, there is definitely NO value for money here. I suggest poor design, bad build standards, lack of quality control and cheap components. What happened to you, Samsung? Fortunately, Amazon allowed me to return this piece of junk even though I was a tad over the return window.
