Works great and has easy set up. The system update did cause it to freeze and after waiting 30 minutes for it to load the install I had to unplug it to reset. It doesnt have any power indication light and its super quiet so You cant tell if its on/off. **Update** After having this Blu-Ray player for 14 months, I have to say my original review stands, but I havent had a single problem with using this product. The disk tray has never gotten stuck, and besides being a little slow to open & start up, Ive used it without issue. I dont use this player for streaming services, as I have an Apple Tv and a Roku at different Tvs in my house. I am going to purchase this item again, as it is the only working Blu-ray player in my house. (That said it is an easily transferred item from room to room when necessary.)

I own 2 of these and the only reason I dont give 5 stars is theres NO led to let you know its on! Also, why 2 power buttons?? Good luck finding the eject button on the remote...aside from that, it has a TON of apps and doesnt take up much space...once I can get it "on", it performs flawlessly.

I would give 5 stars except that it requires a hard wire to connect to the internet. And a blu ray player really doesnt need to be connected to the internet...i just need it to play discs. Yet because I wont run a wire from the player to my modem, other features on my t.v. like Netflix and Hulu, wont work because this blu ray player pops up an error message. I literally have to unplug the players HDMI cord to get my tv to work with the internet. Ridiculous.

This product works great after I disabled Anynet+ on the Samsung , Videos would play for 1-2 min and then just stop. No info on this anywhere . I started turning off options on the DVD player when I got to Anynet+ it started working. Turns out my LG tv has SIMPLINK which is the same as Anynet+ IE HDMI-CEC , but they are not compatible so I disabled Anynet+ in the Samsung then everything worked great , love the player now that that problems has been solved. Took away 1 star because of this issue and the hours I worked to fix/find it .
