We love everything about this player except one thing, IT WILL NOT PLAY 4K DVDs!! And that is what we bought it to do! It plays Blu Ray just fine, and the picture quality is awesome on our 65” 4K Samsung TV. But why would we keep it if it won’t play 4K DVDs? Unfortunately my return window has passed. When we put a 4K DVD in, it tries to play, but it continuously blacks out. I have returned movies, thinking they were bad, but after trying FOUR times, I give up. It’s not the disc, it’s the player :-(

Seemed great out of the package. Thats were it ended. Would not connect to network. Said it was connected but it was not. Called support. One hour and half later they got it working. Turned it off and came back later. Same condition. Support is not qualified to answer questions. Repeatedly asked the same question over and over. Finally, today I had it. Fed up with Samsung support. Switching to Sony products. Amazon was great with returning this. Also, it said it was a new product but it was obviously used by another buyer. Good luck to the next unfortunate buyer on this unit.

SAMSUNG stated they have had other calls w/ the same remotes. the battery contacts were not aligned correctly so i tried adjusting them . i got the remote to work BUT NOT HAPPY.----- MY P/N 201 3848175 JOE WOZNICKI

Item came opened factory seal was broken on box it also had a dent in the top it was a gift I would never buy a Samsung ever again SONY MAKES THE BEST TVS fact

Another rip-off. Just the slight voltage variation of turning our ceiling fan shuts the picture down. Very disappointed with the product and the seller.

the remote was extremely sensitive; sometimes just touching it would cause an unintended action, e.g., turn off, pause, etc. SOmetimes picture became pixelated, with many artifacts appearing on screen. returned to amazon.
