I was worried at first as the model number received was not ZP450-0501-0006A as stated in the description, I received ZP450-0502-0004A and the equipment said ZP450 CTP which the printer I was replacing only said ZP450. We use UPS WorldShip so it wasnt a problem but from what I could find online, sounds like the CTP model only works with UPS, so beware if youre using a different software/shipper.

Like it just as much as my Dymo. Unfortunately Dymo doesnt work with my new software but this printer has been solid! Much easier to tear label off from as well.

Listing says NOTHING about working only with UPS Worldship! Is everyone just supposed to automatically know this?!

Product performs as expected. Ive used plenty of these devices in the past. This one meets all expectations and is ready for service. Product arrived on-time and in exceptional condition.

This printer changed my office. Once we figured out the settings for Shopify nothing has been the same. My friend has one too and he referred it to me because I was tired of the crap printers Shopify sells.

Listing description does NOT specify that printer work thru UPS site only! Watch Out . . . since most zebra printers DO work with other apps, how should customers know about that if not specified ?

Since asking my original question I have found that I was able to use Windows Word (Win 10, my version) to simply make templates UP TO four inches wide and by manipulating the settings in WORD I can print on the heat sensitive stock any width and height I choose. I have made file folder tab labels at 3wX1h. Also can use WORD to print landscape and made an 8 inch wide four inch high label to say "No Soliciting" for the house door. And of course, with the UPS software it is perfect for printing labels for Amazon use. Installation was simple. Plug N Play. Great little machine!
