I love Xerox period... I ran a workcenter 785 pro for 15 years and it was a tank, I paid 1900 for it back in 2003. I wanted to replace it because toner was hard to find and it discolored so I went to the Xerox 3315 that lasted 6 months then a 3325 it lasted 8 months and now this 3345 and the touch screen stopped working after 2 days. I AM VERY DISAPOINTED.

This is a "fancier" version of the 3335, which has gotten very good reviews. This one can do duplex scanning, whereas the 3335 can only scan one side at a time. This MFD replaced a Canon MFD whose fuser died within a year of purchase ... just outside the warranty of course. :/ It has a very advanced user interface, but is easy to set up and connect via USB or LAN. It can easily save documents to your local computer or to a network file server, which makes it a perfect solution for small business. You can also store email addresses for quick scan-to-email. The unit has GREAT printouts - greys are vibrant and dark. Keep in mind that this is a MONOCHROME printer. Dont expect it to print in color, because thats not its intended use. The only cons I can offer (and theyre more annoying than anything else) is that the unit prompts you to tell it what youre putting into it when you use the bypass feeder or you replenish the paper in the main tray. If you try to print using a media that doesnt match your computer document, the printer wont be happy and will inform you that there is a mismatch. The printer lacks the ability to store custom paper sizes. For example, we use a lot of 6x9 envelopes. If you feed 6x9 envelopes in the printer time after time, the printer will remember the last media inserted. But if you change to a different media and print a job, and then return to your previous media, you have to tell the printer the size of the media youre inserting if its not a size thats already programmed in the printer. It would be nice if you could store a custom media size for quick selection, but thats not an option in this firmware. Once you get used to its quirks, its a great little machine that prints quickly and beautifully. Im very satisfied with it. Well see how it stands the test of time, as many "new" devices dont seem to measure up to the quality of units from yester-years.

We had a number of Xerox copiers and this is the worse. Every week or so you need to call Xerox for a new drum replacement...total defective design. This has been going on since day 3 after arrival. To top it off SpaceBound, the seller did NOT want to take it back because i have been trying to help them by calling Xerox first for help.

Had problems with this machine right out of the box. It took me about 6 hours to finally get this printer to print from a desktop computer directly in the same network. Printing from an android (phone or tablet) or with google cloud print caused the print to restart repeatedly (forever) until I just unplugged the printer. I tried about 6 different times. The cloud printed document never prints. My other cloud printing printers all work fine. Xerox support told me to contact google as this had something to do with them. No other help from Xerox support. Nothing in on-line support about this problem either. I am returning. Not recommended. 2 -starts as you can at lease print from a desktop computer. Congrats Xerox.

Not happy with this machine. It doesnt support PC-faxing, and Xerox phone support is terrible.

The Xerox 3345 has met and surpassed my expectations so far. We have had no trouble and its much faster than our previous Xerox.
