I had a few questions at first, but once I understood how to create IDs, it was a breeze! This was our first experience with an ID maker and I expected to be contacting support often. Not so, love this system and how easy it is to use. Our IDs look very professional and are so easy to make. We also use for tagging department equipment. We bought a great 3-in-1 hole punch that holds card in place and will do both a slide punch and circular punch, and we were ready to go. Thank you Bodno, and Joe, for your assistance in getting the right cardmaker for our needs.

I bought this for an association of almost 500 members and have been printing cards as everyone comes to various meetings. It was super easy to set up and get going. Had a couple minor print issues but customer service was awesome and solved the issue in a single email. The ribbon will only print 150 cards(2 sided) not 300. The only thing I really dont like about this printer is the fact it needs the USB in order to operate. If you are like me and switch from you desktop to a laptop,it is very easy to leave a USB behind. So far I have printed hundreds of badges without an issue

This is the first i.d. printer I have used and I really enjoy how fast it prints the cards. I can take my employees pictures and have their new i.d. badge printed out, all in 3 minutes. I leave the program and template up on my computer, change the information for the new employee and print. Also the customer service team is great. Our I.T. accidentally deleted the program and Bodno was able to re-download it the same day and without a charge!

This magicard enduro 3e system bundle was easy to set up. I got it running in under 5 minutes and it came with everything i needed to get started. The badgeDesigner software is really easy to use and gives me the ability to design my own ID card using my company logo and colors. You can print on the front and back of the card at the same time. I am going to put personalized information on the front e.g. photo, name etc and on the back company information including our address. I like that fact that my order came with a VIP support email address that is answered instantly. Good buy.

I have been working in IT for about 10 years and have used many ID printers. The Magicard endure3e is what I would consider mid-high end printer. I have used fargo, zebra and Evolis. The 3 main reason I prefer the magicard enduro3e is low cost of replacement ink compared to the others, easy of use, and top notch support if ever needed. With this printer you will probably never need support but when you do you want your issue taken care of right away and not days like it may take with others.
