This magicard enduro 3e system bundle was easy to set up. I got it running in under 5 minutes and it came with everything i needed to get started. The badgeDesigner software is really easy to use and gives me the ability to design my own ID card using my company logo and colors. You can print on the front and back of the card at the same time. I am going to put personalized information on the front e.g. photo, name etc and on the back company information including our address. I like that fact that my order came with a VIP support email address that is answered instantly. Good buy.

I have been working in IT for about 10 years and have used many ID printers. The Magicard endure3e is what I would consider mid-high end printer. I have used fargo, zebra and Evolis. The 3 main reason I prefer the magicard enduro3e is low cost of replacement ink compared to the others, easy of use, and top notch support if ever needed. With this printer you will probably never need support but when you do you want your issue taken care of right away and not days like it may take with others.

We run a 50+ employee company in the technology industry and decided with all the visits to client sites that we needed something to identify our employees. So, we picked this printer and software up and gave it a try. It has quickly become my new favorite "toy" in the office so to speak. Not only did we print exceptionally professional-looking badges right in the office, the software is a breeze to use and the printer works flawlessly every time. Have not had a single misprint in over 100 print jobs so far. The holographic security mechanism is a bonus as well - we actually wrote that right into our security policies so people, employees and clients alike, know what to look for. We even printed up over a dozen "visitor" badges which work fantastic with our new sign-in system. Very professional, works great, easy-to-use, HIGHLY recommend!

Received my ID card printer. Easy to set up and use. It was seamless. I had an opportunity to email customer service with a question about the license key I could not figure out. They responded within minutes and directed to me how to resolve the problem which was entirely my problem that I was doing wrong. It had nothing to do with the product Or software. The next day they followed up with me to ensure everything was working well. Which it was.

Software was so-so, not that intuitive...but make it work. Having to have a USB key for the MAC version was pain, especially since it only comes in USB 2.0 vs USB C. This software for these printers is really all the same, they just brand it their own name. Once i was setup with my design I printed a card and found a white line on the right side of the card. I did some research online and tried a few things, later called and talk with Magicard Tech support. They were great and helpful. They provided some some diagnostic software for me to download which determined that the print ribbons that were sold with it were not authentic. Returning the entire package for a refund.

Been using the Enduro 3e for over 6 months now. It really does a wonderful job. Have never had a glitch or problem of any kind. The cards are high quality. I tried a more expensive competitor printer and had to return it for a refund because of many problems. Replaced it with this one for less money and it works great! Love it.

This Magicard Enduro 3e printer works great right out of the box. I like the fact that its plug and play and the badgedesigner software is easy to use. Having the lowest price online helps as well.

The machine works great! I was surprised at how easy it was to setup and use. I would imagine most users would want the silver software package or above so dont consider bronze unless you only print one or two cards at a time. Customer service was responsive when I had questions.
