This is a super cool gadget. It was easy to get started and really cool. The printer itself came with a set of film, and all I had to do was drop it into the printer. Once I got the app, I followed the directions and printed out a video photo. It looks like lots of people are already using their app. The photo printed out just like an old Polaroid, and I put it on my fridge. Its a cool photo, but even better: when I use the app to view the photo it comes alive and looks like a video. Its very cool... like Harry Potter in real life. I think it will be fun to use for vacation photos and other memories that I want to store as a picture, because it will have the added benefit that when I view the picture some time in the future through the app I can see a video. It will really bring the memory to life.

This gadget is really cool. As a photographer Im always interested in new ideas that incorporate photography and the advancement of technology. This little guy doesnt disappoint. Its super easy to use and when you make your first hyper photo and watch the photo come to life on your phone it really feels like magic. Excited to see what new things I can do with it. Not to mention its always cool to be able to walk around and just print a photo whenever youd like. Its like a polaroid met your cell phone and had a baby. A magic baby. Harry Potter. Get one and have your friends get one and then send your friends magic photos through the magical inter-webs of your life print. Photos for comparison are a photo I took on my phone before heading into a concert and then the photo of the print that I printed off which also has a video of the band playing as the augmented reality portion. I really think this thing is fun. Check it out.

Photos come out green or vertically stretched. The idea of hyperphotos is great if it was reliable. Too similar to previous photos, an app that constantly crashes, pathetic delay on playing the hyperphotos. The unreliable battery on the printer. I wish Id gone with established technology. Great idea, HORRIBLE execution. PS. ANY ZINK paper works just remove the blue sheet. Ive used both and its exactly the same.

Terrible product. I was able to print 20 photos and after that, paper jammed, message of out of paper when there was paper on it, and no print without any messages.

The prints from this 3x4.5 printer are NOT as good as those from 2x3 Canon Ivy printer. During installation of the app, two questions pop up and do NOT go away without answering. The five icons/symbols in the bottom of the app are NOT EXACTLY the same as those in User Manual. Some prints came out with Hyperphoto Viewer icon/symbol in lower/left corner and the caption does NOT appear in print. It does NOT print the similar photos. Also after printing, the photo can NOT be printed again. Many wired functions in this printer. Photo papers are expensive about $1.25 a piece.

Such poor quality, nice unit, but the photos are sad. Poor color, not crisp and bright. They look little the the images on my I-phone. Plus, the unit (somewhat easy to set up) won’t print of the battery level is lower than 20% and when printing several photos, the battery (even when plugged in) drains quickly to below that level and you have to wait for a recharge. Super annoying! Finally, amazon doesn’t even restock the larger size 3.5 x 5 inch printer paper, so what a hassle trying to find it. They mistakenly bundled the 2 x 3 refil size when I ordered my printer so I thought sure, often bought together...but then realized they sold me a Sri k size that deesnt work. Super sketchy!

Crappy Prints. Application sucks. Good concept with the photo motion thing, but doesnt work smoothly as it shows in videos. The cover of the printer easily slips off just from picking up the printer. Very flimsy. Also prints lines through the photos.

VERY pleased! Technology intuitive with simple directions. My best photos look best when printed.. no brainer. It comes with one pack of film. A feature I’m delighted with is that ink is in the film... no messes with ink. Very slick & I’m 70.

we ordered two during the kickstarter and this is our third. we gave one to each of our parents and they love that we can send them photos of us, since they arent very good at checking instagram or Facebook. pictures are great size to put up on the fridge, or put a few in a frame together. we are planning on using it for our wedding photobooth, so that people can print out photos with this instead of having an expensive photobooth. we love it!
