Printer is now failing. Software issue. Data remains in memory and cant be cleared. Went through the complete Brother diagnostic process and was told that I need a new one. But it is now out of warranty.

Easy set up and fast! Always used HP printers but bought this one to replace our office workhorse and it is taking everything we throw at it!

Since i have bought this. The tray does not work properly. Even if the paper isloaded it says no paper. Paper gets stuck in the drum. I am so done with this printer.

This thing is a beast. Its SUPER LOUD, and anytime we use it, you cant be in the same room if you are on the phone. However, it does print high capacity, fast.

printing is faded and with spots splattered randomly even we changed toner and drum and it is the same thing.
