There isnt anything else on the market at this price point that you want to waste your time with. I went from a fairly decent 24" monitor to this and am still AMAZED by the size difference and immersion from gaming. Granted, itd be nice if it offered higher resolution because text in a word document looks a tiny teensy bit grainy. But since you can zoom in and make it look like you have a freaking billboard in your office (ok, thats an exaggeration (sort of)), who cares? The one thing I was concerned with was the white color of the frame. I thought it would be distracting, but its actually very discrete and it frames the screen quite nicely. I included a picture of this monitor with the 24" monitor I had been using. The picture doesnt quite do it justice, but you get the idea that this monitor is big and bright enough to do what you need it to do. Im super lazy and havent adjusted the colors since I got it out of the box, in case anyone might have questions in that regard. Bottom line: If youre looking for a larger monitor on a budget, look no further.

We purchased this item so we could have a larger image to show parents when they come to have ultrasounds in our office. It was basically "plug in and go!" It works perfectly. It was shipped quickly and packaged very securely.

I was amazed at the quality of the picture on this monitor! Super thin screen, perfect size for my one monitor setup. The white adds so much class. Its also a plus that it has Vesa mounting ability! I plan on putting it on an arm eventually. Only had it about a week so far, but I love it! I dread using my work setup now. My speakers are arriving tomorrow and Im redoing the wire management. I know it takes away from the aesthetic some in the photos, but you get it

This is a very nice monitor. Be warned, though, there are no speakers. Its a "monitor". Kay? Okay. This screen has very good quality picture, very visible at angles out to about 45 degrees on either side of center, vertically, and horizontally. Within this range, Id have to say the picture quality reminds me a lot of a large cathode ray tube monitor. I dont see the blatant hotspots I do on other LED lit monitors. It looks fairly clean, and evenly lit all the way across. The only minor visual artifacts are a couple of slightly dimmer areas in the far lower left, and lower right corners of the screen, but youd have to be looking at a web site where there is a lot of plane, featureless white areas on the page to really notice this artifact. Im sure its just the nature of LED back / edge lighting, but its certainly nothing when compared to an older LED monitor I have thats no longer in production. Ive even seen CRTs that have worse artifacts. I was amazed at how thin the majority of the monitor is. Its vesa mount area is about an inch or so thick, maybe a wee bit more, and the entire back plate, as well as the bezel are actual M E T A L !!! This is very cool! It means the product is built lake a tank, but more than that, I think the metal back is intended to serve as a great big honkin heat sync. Those LEDs do get warm. I really like the fact the monitor actually came with a VGA cable, and power cord, both of which are removable, and easily replaceable. Only with theyd included a DVI cable, as well, but no matter, its a great package. Setup was fairly easy. It took me a wee bit of searching to find the hidden buttons, which were tucked away, under the lower right corner of the screen. I do with manufacturers would stop doing that, as it makes life miserable for us sight impaired customers. Id love it if theyd put the buttons right in the center, and front of the lower bezel plate, and if theyd make the buttons half inch in size, the way they were made in the 70s, and 80s, so we could actually find, and see them easily. Right. Gripe done. LOL. The stand the monitor came with is beautiful, and all chrome plated metal. Again, very rugged. Ok, so gripe not quite done... I do wish the bezel were a full half inch, or so wide, and BLACK. I much prefer black bezels on monitors, as it makes viewing so much easier on the eyes. Right. Note to self: Order black gaffers tape, or black stripe tape. Yeh, thats the bezel issue sorted. Mounting the monitor was not a problem. I did not use the included stand, which Ill use to mount a big honkin model of the Enterprise on. Instead, Ive mounted the monitor to a DJ lighting stand, using o-clamps, and a vesa mount for 32" monitors. There are loads of vids up on YouTube which show how to do that. When I first connected the monitor to the PC, and powered on, the computers raster image was about half an inch off center, vertically, and horizontally. Theres a button I hit quite by accident, which auto alights the image to the bezel edges. I really like the fact the monitor allows this, as well as manual positioning of the image. Other than that, it was just a matter of setting your resolution preferences in windows, and job done. Ill need to let some time pass to see what the longevity of this product is like under heavy use, when I launch my streaming channel, and use it to monitor chat on a daily basis, but at the moment, I think if I had to replace it, I will likely get another one of these, only just with a black bezel. Oh, but then theres the black tape. Right. The colours on screen look fairly spot on. I also like that the monitor is fairly light, at less than 20 pounds. Sure made for easy mounting to the DJ stand, single handedly, well, both hands, actually, just on my own, really. I hope this review helps.

Excellent monitor I ordered 2 of the 27". Liked it so much that I already a 3rd 1. So now I have 3 monitors all linked together. Like that so much I ordered a 4th 1 just now. Reviews had me kind of worried.. Seem like every cheaper monitor like this had horror stories so I had a hard time picking which one. the 3 I Got are fantastic. Resolution is still very good for office work and one of my Monitors for running stock news things like that very clear. I think 27" is the biggest you want to go after that I think You would start suffering on resolution. Plus in my case Im going 2 monitors wide and 2 vertical I dont think youd wanna go any wider would be very hard moving your head around just to see the screens be more annoying to look left and right this is the perfect size.... Still very wide. Very happy with my choice especially the for the cheap price. Plus my 5% off for the Amazon store card darn good deal.

Ive been using it for a few days now, and it works great, Ive used both Ubuntu and Windows and havent had any problems, I mostly use it for programming, but I occasionally do some media editing (images, mostly), and watch FHD videos at 60fps without problem, I can look at even relatively small text very clearly, and I love the thin borders/bezels, I have found the buttons to be a little hard to press, but its not so bad that I think it would hurt the rating, if anything, the buttons feel like they will last long update: I bought a second one, and a Dual Monitor mount, it was a bit weird that the second had a different base, but because I removed it from the first one to get them both on the mount anyway, it doesnt matter, I like my setup with the mount

I was in the market for a monitor (once again) after my older, bulkier 23" Dell monitor finally started getting burn-in markings on the screen. Granted, this monitor lasted me more than 5 years along with all of the abuse that I put it through, but it was finally time to put it down. I came across this monitor and read the specs, read up on some of the reviews left, and decided to give it a go. I was so glad that I did. This baby weighs a fraction of what the one I used to have weighed. The clarity, the realistic "I feel that I am there" look was obvious from the moment that I opened an HD wallpaper. From edge to edge (except for the bottom where all of the function buttons are) you get a true full on screen with a very thin border around it. I even compared it to my 27" Dell curved monitor, and I have to tell you, I like this 24" better. I truly am blown away by the quality of this monitor. It far exceeded my expectations. If youre in the market for a new monitor are are looking for a 24-27" monitor, this one will definitely meet your expectations.

This monitor is GORGEOUS. Even without 144hz capabilities, this earns 5 stars easily. The bezel-less frame adds such a modern and sleek look to the monitor and the circular base doesnt take up much room at all. I actually keep a few items in there. I game frequently, program, browse the internet, and upgrade my computer every now and then. I have never had any problems with this monitor (apart from the tiny LED which is oddly bright at night when its in sleep mode) regarding the mentioned activities and would recommend it to anyone trying to get a sleek, modern looking monitor for a fair price. NOTE: Ill be upgrading to their newly released 144hz bezel-less because this little guy just cant handle the framerates.

This monitor is brilliant. I havent had to adjust it at all, and the picture is amazing. Im a photographer and pretty darn fussy and this fits the bill perfectly. I thought the white rim might be bothersome, but its not at all, you dont even notice it. I think Ill order another one for our home in FL when we go down there for the winter.
