These machines are built to be reliable workhorses. Youre saving money so dont skimp on ten or twenty dollars. There are a dozen companies offering this computer. Make sure you choose someone who is going to do a thorough and conscientious job of restoring your machine. Blair gets praised in the reviews. I might have chosen them but they charge a sales tax of about $18. I opted to go with StallionTek. Very high feedback rating and only 77 reviews, so theyre still hungry. The company is very responsive and eager to address any concerns. Be careful when choosing your seller. If you put the machine in your wishlist or share a link, you will see the same machine but your browser will send you to a different seller. Double-check your shopping cart before finalizing your purchase to insure you got the right seller. The machine is beautiful and works flawlessly. I initially was going to get the 1 or 2 Tb harddrive, even though I dont need all that space. But in the reviews, at least three people mentioned that they are very loud. When I noticed the option for a solid state hard drive with no moving parts, I jumped on the offer. Not only is it quieter and less likely to wear out, the SSD is much, much faster than an HDD. 240 GB is plenty and its easy enough to plug in more storage if I ever need it. Whatever you buy, make sure you get an SSD. It makes the machine fly. I had 4GB of RAM in my last machine so having 16GB is a treat. My computer does everything almost instantly now, no matter how many tabs or programs I have open. Reloading pages happens at least five times as fast. I hooked up my same Logitech $30 speakers and they are easily twice as loud now. I cant think of any CONS. I am very happy that I chose this machine and that I bought it from StallionTek If I have any problems with the machine, I will update this review.

Wow, what a fast, inexpensive refurbished computer. Mine came with 16 GB of RAM and a 240 GB SSD, it totally flies through routine office tasks. Blair Technology included some phone numbers for support and a nice brochure and packing. I am totally impressed. Other refurbished computers I purchased in the past were completely anonymous as to the refurbishing company.

The main reason I bought this was to upgrade to a SSD and maybe get a bit of extra ram. I found when I got a Macbook Air a few years ago this was such a significant upgrade in speed that it was what was slowing down my desktop PC. I noticed some increase in speed but it wasnt the night and day difference I expected. I havent done a bench test and some of the performance might just be limited by the network and USB RAID but it still doesnt feel as responsive as it should. Boots up fast and failure is unlikely so Ill stick with it for a while. I was able to install a dual video card I had in my old desktop without any difficulty as I use it as a dual monitor TV Theater and extended monitor setup. All in all for the price you cant go wrong. Looks kind of corporate but it still fits in with the setup I have.

The computer failed right at the thirty day warranty expired. It was purchased for our IT department for a shop floor application.

Hard Drive failure and Memory failure right out of the box. Shame it was never tested out the door and I would not have this major malfunction.

.....reconfigured it according to some videos on youtube (e.g., am using all cores at once). Very fast. Im very happy with it. Came with Windows 10, no junk programs. My credit card gives me a one year warranty at no cost. Came with keyboard, mouse, and two USB 3 ports.
