Certified refurbished? Didn’t come with any certification. Was hand packed. It’s okay. Works fine. But it’s dusty and a little dirty. Took off the RAM cover and it’s full of dust clumps. This doesn’t appear to have been refurbished. Just seems like a used computer.

The computer did not work at all. The screen had lines in it, the screen would glitch during the power on, and then it would cut off. Total waste.

I was so excited to get this and there’s a HUGE crack in the screen, the screen is coming lose and the corner is dented. I’m so disappointed.

Don’t waste your time or money. Computer arrived and the screen was broken. Powered on, but there was zero screeen activity. Only knew it was on because you could hear the fan running. Piece of garbage. Returned it the same day I received it.

Works like a charm, mouse, keyboard and everything... Needed it for app development for one of our team members. Theyre loving it. Had to upgrade the OS first to latest and greatest just to install Xcode, but took close to an hour. No biggie! The whole system works like a charm. :)

I bought this computer from a reputable source with a refurbished certification but the truth is that you dont really know what you are getting. I received the computer in good faith trusting that everything would just start working as soon as I plugged it in to power. It did, but, I was not able to access the computer. I was locked out and could not open the system. I spent approximately three hours on the phone with Apple tech support in an effort to get in. The tech said to me that she had one more thing to try and if that didnt work then she recommended returning it. Finally after three hours we succeeded in getting in and wiping it clean. I will never do this again. What little money I saved in buying a refurb was not worth the frustration. It is three years newer than the one that I replaced but slower in speed which is again, very frustrating. I purchased exactly what I had but it is still slower and will not operate photoshop properly which is the very reason I bought this computer.

I Normally never rate so low, reason being because one, the keyboard was damaged, also the second reason and the main reason, the iMacs performance was terrible, it’s so slow, yes it turned on and when I upgraded the MacOS, it had a complete breakdown sorta speak, to where it couldn’t function hardly, I had to to create a bootable USB drive to get it working again because nothing in recovery mode, not even Internet recovery mode even helped, I really don’t recommend this, unless you are low on Cash and can’t pay like over a grand for these computers. Edit: Im editing my review, The computer after awhile, of having it turned off, I gave it one last time to refresh it with the bootable USB with the software, after the installation, it’s actually running in a much more faster pace, not snail speed, it’s running quite fair, and it’s shutting down and rebooting normally, like I said I got the computer and at least the monitor was ok, I bought a new keyboard, and mouse, and the computer is running better then when I got it, I don’t know how it started to run faster, and do it’s normal functions, but I’m not complaining.
