Advertised as 2016 unit, stated 2013 on top of case! Checked hard drive made in 2008! 10 Years old. Super ripoff! Got to admit the inside was clean as can be. That does not make up the age of the components. You should be pulled from ever selling anything ever! False advertisement/deception! Yes very unhappy! Returned to Blair! Rip off!!!!!!!!

I am a computer tech with over 25 years experience. I bought this PC just to look things up for troubleshooting PCs and connect to a remote server. The company that refurbishes these PCs does a great job. The PC itself looks brand new. So much so that it was hard to tell the difference between it and 3 brand new PCs I was setting up on the bench. I bought it with the understanding that it came with a hard drive, not a solid state drive. When I received the PC, I booted it once to make sure it worked, then replaced the hard drive with a solid state drive. The PC is now very fast and does everything I need. If you cannot change out the hard drive with a solid state drive, then I recommend you look for a model that comes with a solid state drive to begin with. Another issue is the title of the product. Even though the product says "2016 Dell Optiplex..." it clearly states it was built in 2014 on the computer case, so the PC is 4 years old, not 2 years old. So if you are buying it because you think it was made in 2016, you will be disappointed. I have no idea what the 2016 in the title refers to. Am I glad I bought this PC? Absolutely! But you MUST replace the hard drive with a solid state drive to make this a great PC.

Still dusty inside(its refurbished of course), took it apart, throw a SSD at it with two more 1TB Drives and Windows 10 Pro, also upgraded the memory, works like a champ now! Have 2 curved Samsung monitor , added 5ghz wifi dongle and card reader and now its what I exactly needed. Does not have HDMI, has 2 display port and VGA, if you buy this to hook up with anything with HDMI, make sure you buy the Display port to HDMI cord. Overall, great computer if you are willing to spend additional 150-200 on it!

Apparently, this ships from different refurbishers. Mine came from MiComp PC. The description is MISLEADING. IT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED. Complaint #1: It says 2016, but all of the components are from 2013 and the bios says the motherboard is dated 2013--although is has a 2017 Bios flash. Complaint #2: It says "Business Desktop" and the picture shows a mini-tower, which was what I was expecting to get, but what I got was a small form factor version (SFF). I am keeping this computer, because for the price it is OK (although it is $3 cheaper right now). I haved added a SSD, instead of the 500GB HDD (also dated 2013). I have used it for a week and it has not crashed. The Windows 10 Pro is fine, but the Home edition would have been adequate for me (since I am not joining a domain.) I also bought the 4 year warranty for $20 from Square Trade.

Bought this for our office; my IT guy said it was one of the easiest installs hed ever done for us. So, when it came time to buy another a month later, we went straight back to order a second one! I dont use this machine myself but I havent had any complains from the staffer that does. Thank you for providing a top notch product.

This is the best refurbished unit I have bought in my 45 years of using new and used computer equipment. This unit was packed very well, it is very clean inside and outside..... connected and powered on and it worked right out of the box, not any garbage pre-installed either...... Nice unit and even my wife was surprised and she does not like me buying refurbished products. Thanks Blair Technology Group for nice unit at a great price.

We received what looked like a brand new Dell 7010 desktop. It had all the specifications that were promised and then some. The unit we received actually had a total of 12 GB of memory. Everything else was as promised including having USB 3.0 slots. The keyboard and mouse were definitely budget feel, but we purchased a wireless keyboard+mouse combo to go with it anyway. I immediately replaced the included 500 GB HD with a 256 GB SSD. Having the SSD in this machine makes it the perfect budget machine for most home and office use. With a proper graphics card added it would probably make a capable 3D/gaming PC, but not a great one. For reference, our machine was purchased from the seller "itreplay". I would absolutely buy another of these again from them.

I can confirm what another customer said, the unit was manufactured in 2013 (not 2016). The hard drive also has a date of 5/2013. Oh well, thats deceptive advertising and people should know about it, but Im keeping the PC. I had a scare at first because it was totally dead. Turns out, it was just a bad power cable. I have extra power cables, so I just threw out the bad one they sent. You have to put it in perspective. For around $200, I feel this is a fairly good deal, even if it is 5 years old.

I like that it is quiet and fast enough for what I plan to do with it. I did try gaming on it but all I can tell is it needs an updated graphics card and taken off integrated graphics at least for the game I play. It has a lot of lag in my game. I used Amazon tech support to try and get the windows key but was unsuccessful. He really tried but it was a no go. as it would not have done any good anyway as I got to the key on my own later to register Windows 10 pro but the key on the computer to register did not match the key on the sticker outside the case. The key on the outside the case had a sticker or something over the first 2 parts of the key code, when I tried to peel it off it took part of the code with it and now I can not register my Windows 10 Pro. I emailed the seller for a new code if I get one Ill upgrade the overall rating. I tried to start the machine 3 or 4 times and it always said no hard drive detected. So I opened the case and found a drive from a laptop in it. Which is ok I like those drives as they have no moving parts, and I found why the pc said no hard drive. It was connected to port but the power to it was not connected I connected and was in business. Closed the case, boot the PC and Windows loaded after about 2 min. It boots faster now that it has been done a few times. I am only hoping to get the Windows key so I can keep the PC updated. Its been running a little over 24 hours Ill come back and update every few weeks to let you know if it is worth your time to purchase one.

Received a small form factor PC, i3 processor, and a dongle for the wifi, however, the pc had an antenna port, so, this seems like they did a serious switch a roo on what they are selling... This is not the first report of this either with this seller.
