I bought this device for my son. this all-in one which I do not consider it " all in one" , becuase it is missing the touch screen and CD drive. Processor is so slow and it is not 3.4 as they claim in the discription, it is 1.6. from pferformance point of view, it is less than normal for such expensive product. Resolution is HD which is ok if you are not using this PC for 4k movies. Start-up time is 150 seconds which is riducolous, considering it is 4th generation. This PC is literally very convenient for simple tasks such as web broswing and studying. The price is extremely high compared to other real All-in one. there are way better options in the market such as Laptops or other brands of All-in one with the same price.

I bought one to test for a new clinic I am opening. It worked beautifully so I ordered four more for some of the workstations in the clinic. At this point, I have tested two of the five computers Ive ordered and I hate to report that the second one I tested is a complete dud. Even after updating, restarting, etc., it freezes even with the simplest tasks such as opening excel, etc. It is disappointing because I am now needing to test all of the computers and have to do so in a quick fashion so as to not exceed the return deadline which is looming. The good: Sleek design. Great Price. Light weight and moderately portable. The bad: No touch feature. For an AIO, this is a missed opportunity. No ability to mount. Again, for an AIO, this feature should be standard, especially paired with touch. The display is good but not great. This would be perfect for working (so long as youre not editing digital files or designing IE Photoshop). Its very basic. Not very vibrant. Not good if youre using for entertainment (videos, gaming) or as I said, design. The ugly: Unreliable. So far, 50% of the computers Ive tested are duds. Admittedly, this is a small sample size. I will update this review if this turns out to be unfair. If the other four work, Ill likely complete the clinic using these computers. The conclusion: Buyer beware. This computer is basic and based on my small sampling and other reviews, some are dysfunctional. If you happen to get a good one and need this for basic use (no touch or mounting), this actually would be a perfect match for your needs. My clinic needs reliability which makes this a poor choice. However, if we could ignore the one that didnt work and lets say the others are all great, this will be perfect for our needs. We really dont need amazing graphics or a powerhouse computer. The limitations on features (touch, mountability) does limit our use. This would be amazing if it were touch and mountable as we would be able to use this in our patient/provider interaction station. We have a tablet solution for this, however, and it will be a great alternative.

The unit was really big and startup seem kind a slow. Had problems the unit would crash and problems with Intel USB controller trying to assign extra drive letter automatically E:? Or G: to recovery partition. Looks like a Windows 10 ver 1803 from other online sites.
