(Received system Friday 2019-04-12) Fairly good shipping time (about 3 days form order). I knew I was getting a refurbished unit and expected some cosmetic damage. I noticed as I was opening the box, a strong smell of spray paint. Parts of the case had been spray painted as well as parts of the face plate. You can see the power button is all blacked out in the photo. The paint left residue on my hand just by removing the system from packing media. The face plate was also loose (later find out because of the broken tab that holds it to the case.) It did come with a keyboard and mouse. While plugging in peripherals I notice the the expansion slots were bent on the case. (pictured) Making sure to tun on the system before opening the case; The system booted fine and had an active digital license for Windows 10 Pro as promised. It did how ever give me a "missing jumper" error. Upon checking the system components I noticed the case fan, CPU heat sink (not CPU fan), CMOS battery, and the blue PCIe slot had debris. The Bios password jumper was also missing. It did have the SSD and i5-3570 CPU as promised. CPU specs are within the two in described, because it says 3.6 GHz in the title but 3.2 GHz in the description. VLC and MS Office 2016 were installed. Overall the system worked so, I am overlooking the dust and cosmetic condition it arrived. The dust is easily cleaned, but wonder why it wasnt already done during refurbishment. The paint smell has gotten tolerable but still disappointed of the quality of paint, which already collected dust that isnt easily wiped off and transferred to any one/thing touching the case and power button.

FAST AND QUIET..SUPPORTS 3 SCREENS, I only have 2 screens going. Great buy for the price. SSD NOT HDD WITH WINDOW 10 PRO/ i5-3470. PLAYS FORTNIGHT AS IS, WITHOUT ANY LAG! ITS processor RANKED IN THE TOP 200 FOR COMPUTERS #181. Not sure how to get all three screens working yet. All 3 are detected but Im only getting any combination of 2 screens. Ive already ordered a second unit.

It was in very good condition and the update to an SSD and Windows 10 makes it quite fast for a small business computer. The mouse was defective and the keyboard didnt have a standard horizontal enter key but I didnt really need them. This will be a great replacement for a very old PC in our organization.
