This seems to be a good product and I received it (actually two of them) on time and in good shape. However there were no instructions on how to set them up and we are still figuring it out after a day and a half. Thanks to the wonder of YouTube we are progressing. I even found a copy of the Instruction manual on line but it was only moderately helpful. By the way, the instruction manual is supposedly on loaded onto the instrument.. But I found that out on line as well. Also, we need to load an app on both the box and a cell phone and there seem to be a few choices. So we are still plodding along. I think it is a great product and I would buy it again, but it would be a good idea for the refurbished to write up a set of useful instructions to help us digitally challenged folk out.

I bought this refurb unit and it arrived with many scratch marks showing that this unit has been used for quite a bit already, usually this was not the case for the refurbs i bought which are nearly new. I got this mainly after been wondering for a long time on how well the LED projector of a much smaller size compared against the much bigger size lamp projector. Even though the lumens of this projector is only 500 compared to the lamp projector which I already own which is 2000 lumens, the picture quality (in the dark room) are quite comparable. However the fan noise is higher pitch due to its smaller size and having to spin at much higher rpm. Both types of projector still performs unsatisfactorily in room with partial lights on. In this area LED TV still the best.

I was excited a bout the projector, when turned on first time, picture was bright and crisp. Then found could do nothing with it without the remote. I thought maybe the battery dead, so bought another and still wouldnt work you would think they would test that before send from the reconditioning place? Returned Beach Camera was great to work with. Not their fault!

Product worked as described. The remote didn’t work and the flip up stand won’t stay down. Looks like they need to do a better job of refurbishing.

The battery cover of the remote control is damaged, even can’t open the cover to replace the battery. The outer casing has deep scratch. It is good but no good as new!
