ViewSonic PJ-CASE-008 Projector Carrying Case for LightStream Projectors

Carrying case was advertised to fit the Viewsonic Projector that I also bought from Amazon. It is 2 inches too small for the projector to fit into the case. Amazon does not appear to have an option to replace the order with the right size. See photo that shows the case is too small to work properly. The best I can do is get a refund and pay out of my own pocket to return the useless case.

I have to say that I was a little disappointed with this bag for a couple of reasons. First, there is no padding to protect the projector while in transit. Second, there is only one big pocket for cords and / or the accessories that youre going to need to carry for the projector. Third, value for the dollar just doesnt seem to be there. The only upside is that the bag seems to be well made with tight seams and good stitching. This case is sold through Viewsonic but is, obviously, not made by their company. They should either find a partner that understands the needs of the users or get out of the bag business altogether. Viewsonic makes a great projector. They shouldnt tarnish their reputation with a substandard bag.

Nothing wrong with this case, but be careful when you order it, if you are ordering it for a Viewsonic. It says the Viewsonic PJD5155L projector will fit in it. I didnt pay close enough attention that my projector does not have the "L" after the number. I have the PJD5155 and it came nowhere close to fitting in this case. Had to pay to have it returned. I only gave it 3 stars because it is rather flimsy.

It carries the projector, but not much protection around it. Its fine for storing the projector and keeping it clean. If you are going to travel with your projector, invest in something with more protection

I bought this is house my ViewSonic PJD5155. The unit fits snuggly in the compartment. The problem is that there is not much room for the power cord and HMDI cord. Forget putting anything else in the pocket. Would have been good to have had a bit more generous side pocket.

This projector case is fairly small and lacks padding. I was hoping it would do a better job at protecting my projector. It is a tight fit but still workable for hands free carrying. It was included in the bundle price and i would have much rathered a better more padded bag with side pockets for the cables I use.

I really like to stick with original accessories for my devices, and this is a good purchase. It fits my PJD5155 perfectly. It is simple, but far better than the bags that come together with some Epson projectors, for example. The cushioning is lightweight, but effective. I like that it has both the hand strap and a removable shoulder strap. It could have a separate compartment for the remote, though.

This is a good case. The projector fits in the main opening well and it provides adequate protection when transporting the projector. The space for the cording and remote control could be better organized. Otherwise, this would be a 5-star rating.

Great bag that provides a perfect fit for the projector. The only reason I listed 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the pouch on the side. It is an open flap that is secured with a Velcro end strap that comes across the projector to the pouch. If it had a better closure for the side pocket I would list it as 5 stars. Overall a great product
