I have had 12 days 2 additional orders for adapters to make it work. Still cant get a pic or movie to play thru it. I had to order a different mount (4 point) old one was a 3 point mount. Had to order a HDMI to Comp adapter ( no signal to project) Then I purchased a VGA to comp adapter (now have a signal to the projector) in the VGA format Used a computer monitor and connected to the same cable. The monitor will play the movie So I have spent about $70 trying to get this projector to play a movie over the last 2 weeks and still havnt been able to watch a movie I set up my man cave over 10 years so I have some experience in this area VERY FRUSTRATED Well 2 months and approx $75 in adapters later it now works with my DVD player. Now Im updating the rating to make them feel better. The pic is nice works well now that I have connected to my older surround sound it is good

I ordered the projector and the first one arrived dead. (It just turned itself off.) Amazon send me a replacement that I have now tested for an hour, so this is a preliminary review. Order this projector if you dont need instructions. For example, the remote control needs to be opened and two AAA batteries (not supplied) inserted. The projector has lots of features; too bad the instruction manual doesnt cover them. It has two HDMI inputs, two USB inputs, plus composite video. I tested one HDMI port and one USB. From the USB I was able to play an MP4 film, MP3 audio, and a JPG. The Amazon sites reads "3 YEARS WARRANTY AND 7/24 SUPPORT: Be confident of our quality, we promise 3 years warranty for this upgraded projector, which includes one year money back warranty. ", but the card that comes with the projector mentions only a 2-year warranty. And the support didnt answer the phone (but Amazon support did_. I like that as an LED projector, it is instant on (and off, without needing to wait for the bulb to cool.)

I think its a good product overall, for the price, with a decent quality image. Im projecting on my wall 15-18ft away, so it ends up being quite a large image. You do need to close blinds/lights to see it, maybe it would work better if it were closer. If the image is tilted, you can arrange it with the keystone correction but: - the keystone correction is very basic, it can only do vertical correction; the projector needs to be perpendicular to the screen/wall, otherwise it will be tilted horizontally - if the image is very tilted, the focus wont work across the entire image, and it will get blurry in some areas of the screen The manual was in very poor English, and with limited information. How the figure out some things (like zooming for myself) - initially was very disappointed that it didnt have a zoom; it actually does, but its in the menu, and x and y axes are separate, so you may slightly deform the image. The remote didnt work, so now Im waiting for their reply to get a new one (they only have email support). I connected it to my Macbook, and for whatever reason the HDMI connection didnt work. Luckily I also had an VGA adapter, and that one worked.
