The Good: -Clear picture -Easy to set up -Clear picture -Good price point for quality -Sound is decent -Pretty quiet operation The Bad: -None The Bottom Line: We’ve watched several movies on this projector inside and outside as well. It’s worked well in both cases. We project typically into an 80” screen and it works great. The set up is super easy as I just plug my Amazon Firestick into the HDMI slot on the back of the machine and pretty much it’s ready to go after I select the input source. The audio on the projector is ok but I just pair my Amazon Firestick to my Bluetooth speaker and that sounds better. As for fan noise, this is pretty quiet in operation! I have a few projectors that cost under $200, and this is the brightest - and largest. Its not exactly whisper quiet - if youre within a few feet it sounds pretty loud. But the projector runs hot and needs a decent fan. Its well made - does not feel as cheap as the others I have. The focus is also better as is the keystone correction. It also has a REAL lens cover - a sliding door. The menu buttons are large and easy to use - you dont even need the remote. Theres no speakers so youll need an amp or headphones (theres a single 1/8" jack for audio out.) Ive played from HDMI and a USB key and it was flawless. The USB key video was a 4.5 gig video and there were no issues. Ive had projectors that could not handle over 2 gig. It was also a typical movie width. The projector defaulted to 16:9 - the other choices were 4:3 and automatic. At 16:9 the movie was stretched - everyone was too tall. Using the auto setting fixed this and it displayed as the widescreen movie format. So Id stick to automatic. The menu is my single complaint. Its the same one on three of my other projectors and not very intuitive. Button functions change depending on where you are, and you cant simply pick a movie and play it. You have to select it, confirm and figure out the play button. A minor annoyance, and I cant understand why such a lousy system is so widely used. Brightness - you need a dim or dark room. If the lights are on the picture is too dim. Simply increasing the brightness in the menu wont help - the brighter its set the more washed out it is. 50% to 60% is about the maximum. Even at that, youre not getting really saturated colors, but acceptable. Especially for the price. No, it does not compare to our $1600 home theater projector - but its about 1/10th the price. Comparing apples to apples (other sub $200 projectors) this is by far the best I have seen. As a bonus you get a horde of cables. Everything you need.

Install Flash Player Much brighter than my old projector, which has only 1200 lux. The resolution is not as high as other high-end projectors like SONY, but it’s enough for non-professionals. Install Flash Player Honestly, this is the best home projector I’ve ever purchased. I’m not a high tech lover and usually needed to wait until my hobby coming home to install any devices such as this projector. But I’ve found out an easy way to install it. The box has included a remote controller, ab signal cable, power plug, 2 support base and an user’s manual. However, the only thing I’m using in the box is the power plug, and a HDMI adaptor cable to connect an iPhone/ipad to this projector. It’s just that simple. The keystone and focus on the projector are also useful for adjusting the better images. So far, we all love it and enjoy watching movies at home with it. Highly recommended!!!

usually, the Lux to Lumen calculation is confusing. The mfg doesnt specify the distance or area coverage for the Lux, but just 3600 Lux. In testing. its quite bright. I positioned the projector roughly 11 feet to a large wall, the result is a huge over 120" projected image that is crisp, clear and bright. To get a few things out of the way, yes, this can be positioned upside-down on the ceiling. There are 4 mounting points but you have to remove the rubber seal first. For positioning support, it provides 2 additional height adjustable screws, but again, you have to remove the rubber seal first. The keystone adjustment is quick and easy, however, the keystone is only vertical, up or down, and doesnt cover the skewed side adjustment. I couldn find the skewed angle adjustment anywhere in menu or owners guide. Its not a noisy unit and the fan is pretty quiet. The built-in sound is lousy but thats to be expected. THeres AV port out and audio port out (3.5mm). There are good number of inputs like HDMI and USB, etc. I am a bit surprised and disappointed that this thing doesnt have WIFI and it doesnt have any smart tv functions built in. So you must attach an external device like Apple TV to it to see anything. It doesnt have a tuner either so an attenna feed wont work. Its just a plain projector for presentation or Apple TV. Which is more than sufficient. I am going to test this out on a motorized drop down projector screen which I believe it will be must brighter and the picture quality will also enhance. All in all, for the price of the unit, this is a great buy. Highly recommended.

For only $200 on a projector ,It was a little reserved in my expectations . But I was really Surprised by the excellent build quality of this projector. ,It included all the necessary stuff. It’s easy to set up and get it runing, the picture shows the good quality My screen is 120" which with this projector requires about 12 ft throwing distance. the picture is very sharp and vibrant. The colors may out of the box but it can easy adjust all via the software built into the projector. The picture quality really really impressed me with low noise, also They offered a 3years warranty! It’s a big reason let me write this review, so cool and so excited ! Today is new year and I can watch the movie with my family whole night I have to say Im extremely satisfied with the purchase. For only $200 this is hands down the best projector for the money.

We bought this based on the reviews. Amazon needs to remove the ability for sellers to give free gifts with 5-star reviews. This projector is not good. The display was barely readable on various resolutions. It was very weak, even in a room with low light. We have a projector thats over 10 years old that works as well as this one does, which is really sad. Very, very disappointed with this. Returning today.

Install Flash Player I am using this projector for projecting visuals for a musical backdrop so far I am really happy with how it turned out, this thing has tons of inputs including 2 HDMI just in case you need it Picture quality is great and I have no problem connecting it with a windows 10 laptop and recognizing it If you want more ability to adjust the height there are 2 screws that you can install if you just pop off the bottom front rubber feet, I had to figure this out since the instructions were not super clear. The remote is nice since for now I use it to turn it on and off and in the future to switch inputs For the price this projector is compact and nice if you are looking for 1080p with tons of various connections

This projector really exceeded my expectations. Since it’s under $200, I wasn’t expecting a whole lot. But when I hooked it up for the first time and played a video off my laptop, I was blown away. The picture is very sharp considering it’s 1280x800 resolution. Color is good. What’s most impressive is, surprisingly, the sound! Every projector I’ve ever used basically requires external speakers because the audio is so bad. This projector’s built in speakers are good enough all on theirs own. Additionally, it has a good amount of ports – 2 HDMI, USB, RCA adapter. And it includes a remote control, of course. Overall, it’s excellent value and I highly recommend it.

All photos and videos arefrom my dad, who is not really good at electronics, which i think shows how friendly the projector is to average people like my dad! currently, dad felt good about it,enjoying watching shows via the projector! nice! happy xmas! but note the resolution looks like is NOT fhd!! if youre looking for nice projectors, i think its bettercto go for sony/canon, etc..
