The average customer
You are better off purchasing the 2017 model as this new model doesnt differ in any considerable way. This LG projector doesnt come with the latest firmware update and no new firmware is available to support common applications such as Netflix, Amazon, or Hulu. I have the older model which seems to be running a higher firmware update and has multiple streaming applications available. I contacted LG but the staff is not trained for this "new" product at all. They can not even seem to find the correct information inorder to help the customers with this projector. I have returned this product as it is completely point less.
