Im giving this one star because of the relatively sloppy condition of the unit which was delivered to me. Its clear this is a refurbished unit. The box I received had been previously opened and resealed and while the lamp timer was zero (easily reset) there were fingerprints on the lens. Additionally there was no coin battery provided with the remote. Overall Im disappointed and if I wasnt taking this projector overseas with me in a matter of days Id return this projector in exchange for a comparable Optoma.

I bought for Christmas and didnt realize I only had 30 days to return. We just found out that the bulb was not connected where it should have been. And the picture is awful. Cant even call support. I wouldnt recommend this product to any one. And the return policy could be a lot better. No Christmas shopping next year. Hassle is not worth it.

I guess I should have paid more attention to what I received. Purchased the IN114xa but was sent an Infocus IN116xv. It is an OK projector but I really needed the audio out which the 116 does not have. I threw out the packaging so I guess I’m stuck with it but when you are expecting one thing but receive another that is pretty disappointing.
