The Artlii Projector is bright enough to watch with the lights on. The audio is also miles above a typical projector with built in speakers. I bought this for watching movies in the living room with the kids for special occasions. We currently have just a small white blanket hung to watch tonight, but that is just the start. I plan to get a bigger portable screen that will provide a much better experience. Testing it I was able to get an really large projection, and the picture still looked great. I did notice, when the picture got bigger the picture brightness also wasnt quite as bright, but I guess that makes complete sense. The projection is bright and clear, the 1080 HD projection looks just like what you would expect from a 1080 HD projection. I was able to watch this with all the living room lights still on and still not have an issue watching it. I turned it on briefly during the day as well in a well lit room, and while it will project and you can see it, I would say it would be difficult to watch an entire movie on it without some straining. The audio output is loud enough that I had to turn it down right away. It is plenty of volume to drown out the fan noise of the projector. I was impressed with the stereo sound coming from the built in speakers. There was not a lot of low end, so if you like to feel your movies as much as you hear them you will want to plug in some external speakers with some rich low end, but if that is not you, you will be happy with the audio that is put out from this projector. The projector comes with 2 HDMI inputs, 2 USB inputs, VGA, and a memory card slot. Since this will be mainly for projecting from a computer I am not interested in the USB or memory inputs, but they are nice if that is of interest to you. At first I couldnt find any way to mount the projector from the ceiling, as I didnt see any mounting holes underneath. I was a bit disappointed because that is what I wanted to do with this projector ultimately. After a little bit of digging and checking I found that the mounting screw holes doubled as the holes that the feet were screwed in. Simply removing the feed and the projector is ready to mount, which I will be doing soon hopefully. The projector has a small stand that is part of the front of the projector. That stand is adjustable and will allow for tilting it up to project where you are trying to aim it. This coupled with the manual keystone correction helped it show a square picture where I wanted it without having to put it up on books or boxes.

Love this projector! This is my 2nd projector and the image are much clearer at 3500 lumens than they were at 1200 lumens (previous projector). Easy to set up and easy to use. Very quiet when running and doesnt overheat. I use it for watching movies, TV shows, animation & video games (no lag). I protected straight on to a blank wall and got a 140” image that is crystal clear.

good bright picture, the price is crazy low! for a 1080p projector. The estimated lamp life it unbelievably long, 45k hours WOW! the only cons are the keystone adjustment is mechanical and I can not seem to get the top and the bottom of the screen clearly focused when it is adjusted to its full adjustment. The only other con is that there is no zoom, you have to move the projector to the spot where it fills the screen correctly, you can change aspect ratio from 16:9 to 4:3 but 4:3 is not good as it makes everything and everyone long and thin... I have purchased mount with along arm so I can lower it down and move it forward to where the size on screen is right and Keystone doesnt need to be adjusted to its extreme.

This projector is great, high def, quiet, and bright. I can use it with or without lights on. It connects to my laptop with a HDMI cord and much to my surprise, the speakers on this thing is very clear, high quility. Better than the ones on my laptop, an Alienware 17. Been watching movies with girlfriend every evening with this, I would recommond!

The projector claims a bright 3200-lumens output, and has a native resolution of 1280x800 (for 720p display), supporting up to 1080p. It has 1 MicroSD, 1 VGA, 2x HDMI, 2X USB (one powered), and 1 Composite A/V inputs. It has a headphone out port, manual lens focus wheel, and manual keystone adjustment. The remote is not backlit, but has a good layout and is responsive. The projector can be placed in a variety of positions thanks to its four display orientations, and offers video profiles, including one custom, and a few sound profiles, as well. The internal speakers provide good sound without necessitating an external sound solution, and the projector itself runs fairly quietly, probably owing to its LED (not bulb) light source. For gaming, this projector presents almost ZERO input lag, so GAME ON! If youre looking for an inexpensive projector and dont want to waste your money on one of the many junk projectors sold online, this Artlii projector is definitely a solid choice!

I purchased this projector to play movies in the summer on the patio for my kids and I didn’t want to invest too much in as we wouldn’t use it that frequently. I have to say we were blown away by the picture quality and the sound immediately. We simply connected our Roku stick to it and had a wealth of movie options.. my kids love it and I think we will get major use out of this all summer long! Picture quality is true 1080p and looks amazing...

So I bought one of those $99 ones prior to this and its a 100% quality difference. Dont get Wrong for the $99 it was a great quality. It worked good on movies or streaming videos but not so much for video gaming as the graphics were pretty Pixley I felt like. Those ones are only about 2200 lumans in this is 3800 lumans and you can tell the difference. This picture is crystal clear granted my projector is only about 12ft from the screen. No lag. Highly recommend.
