This isnt a terrible product, but its simply poorly designed and engineered. After unboxing it, I plugged it and hit the power button on top. Nothing happened, because it has a second power rocker next to the plug. End of the world? No, but mildly annoying. Then once it was on, I spent a minute getting it to the correct height. The height adjustment screw is of a small diameter and tight thread so it requires a lot of turning to make much of a difference. Once it was on, I had difficulty getting it in focus. I had the unit positioned about two 5-6 ft. from the wall and it took forever to find focus. The focus ring has to be hand turned as opposed to many projectors that have lever you move right to left for focus control. Im not certain that the claim that it can be thrown as short as 32" is accurate. You would need to screw the lens out quite a way to make that work. Finally, I am dubious of the claim that it is 4500 lumens. I was indoors in a 12x12 room with a large window projecting at about 8. I had the lights off. The image was viewable but not bright. By comparison a 3600 lumen Viewsonic in the same room look much better. Useless, no, but not worth my time and effort. I would rather spend more and get a well designed product. This might be a decent unit for mounting, since you can set it once, but I would not use this as a table mounted or portable unit. Moving and adjusting it would take too much time. It is headed back to Amazon.

I purchased this device this past April, at first the color was just ok. But it appears as I use it more, the color is more vibrant now. Two weeks ago, the remote went out and I have no idea how to request a new remote. I did the obvious and put brand new batteries in. Still not working. I didn’t drop the remote etc. who do I contact for help?

Good price. Good picture once focus adjustments and alignment is made. We sit it on a podium and find the correct angle and distance.... Unfortunately, we only used it 3 times and the light went out. We had it for 3 weeks! So, now I have to figure out how to change a projectors bulb. Also, the fan is VERY loud but loud volume drowns it out. EDIT: The sellers offered me a full refund or replacement. Because I use this for business purposes, I requested the replacement. I am hoping I will not have the same issue anytime soon, as repair on this item is very expensive and parts would have to come from China! I raised my review from 3 stars to 4 stars because of the customer service. I can not give 5 stars, considering I had this issue in the first place.

For the picture quality itself, I would give 5-stars. I also own a Crenova HD projector that I bought on Amazon, and while its been reliable, this one was clearly brighter and the pixels are much finer/sharper. I also like the focus on this better. While you have to turn it much more to get where you need to be, you can make very fine adjustments compared to the other one. A little over a month in, I did run into a significant software issue regarding the Wi-Fi, which has been noted in some reviews of their other projectors as well, and I noted it in my review. I was surprised that the company saw it, contacted me, provided a patch to fix the issue and made the situation right. The software issue has been resolved. They could not resolve the other issue I found, which is a significant delay in the Bluetooth sound when streaming high quality video. Its basically too much for the processor to handle at once. My workaround is that I plug a Roku stick into the HDMI and stream HD using that. It takes the load off of the projector processor and then there is only the small, typical sound delay associated with Bluetooth. Perfect? No, but Im being realistic, given the picture quality and brightness you get for a relatively modest price.

The idiots who gave this a bad review before me. Obviously do not know how to adjust the screen size nor did they know anything about brightness are projectors and what Lumes mean. So dont let anyone sway you from buying this product not only did I get a decent product for my money but I got two remotes. And a screen brightness to the point to where I can completely eat dinner by.

Ive worked with a lot of LED economy projectors for a particular project Im working on. This one is about the best. It outshines other popular models in that the edge falloff is less and the feature set it incredible. Way more than I will use for my project but I was very impressed. If I have to pick on thing to advise caution on it is trying to adjust keystone at a very close range (Im trying to use it at about 8- 10 feet from the wall for a 48" projection which accentuates the keystone angle). Mechanical keystones generally have some optic falloff or image focal issues. This one is a little touchy but if you elevate the projector up a bit to reduce the keystone correction or hang it from the ceiling it is good for theater/video.

Install Flash Player I researched about a dozen or more projectors before getting this one, the wait was worth it. It has many great built-in apps configuration is easy. The picture looks great after some minor color adjustments. Their support team is very helpful and replies back fairly quick. The room does not have to be a dungeon (very dark) to get a good picture. The picture is 1080 but looks very good. You cannot find a better projector for this price, highly recommend this projector.

I ordered a cheaper model before and I cannot get it to focus that well and it is not a very good picture quality. I got this one to replace it and boy am I glad I did. Worth every cent. Save up and buy this one. Do not bother with the one for under a hundred dollars. It is OK, but you will be disappointed. Get this one and you will be happy and well satisfied. So either get a big bulky flat screen or get this projector and a projection screen and stand. You either need a projector stand or some thing to set the projector on. A video cart or adjustable tripod stand. I have my projector screen hanging on a cup hook and ball type bungee cord to suspend it. Works. I watch TV and Netflix and Hulu. Netflix is installed as an app. I have a TV tuner adapter on my laptop and cast with my Chromecast dongle plugged into it. Or I hook my laptop up direct with the HDMI cord. It does not have a headphone jack. However, Bluetooth headsets work fine and with an RCA to headphone jack adapter you can plug in a wired set. Which is what I do mostly. I love it. Dont get to use it much on weekdays. Not home much. But on the weekends....yeah buddy. When I move I can pack up so much easier and do not have to worry about packing a big screen TV. The picture quality is so good, when I watch nature films the cats come and watch too. LOL!

I got my projector unboxed it and I watched it my first night. Some apps won’t load but oh well I figured out how to put terrarium tv on it and that is sufficient. I will add it is very inexpensive and for the price it’s pretty good. I did have one problem with it and I we chatted with one of the sellers who walked me through step by step. Which is a lot more that I got from Caiwei, which I returned and brought this one. Because they acted like it was my fault. STEVEN is the man he helped me and walked me through every step. Got my projector working and downloaded. Might not be as big as name as Caiwei but their customer service is freaking awesome. Thank you Steven
