Install Flash Player Okay. I have wanted to set up a projector on the deck for a long time. My wife (who’s name is on this account) didn’t want one. She didn’t want to turn the deck into another living room. I convinced her that it would be cheap and that I could take it down so it wouldn’t be permanent. I waited until it got dark, hung up and “old school” screen, added a bungee to the bottom of it and started projecting. One of the controls lets me adjust the key enough to make it square, I hooked up my Boise Mini with a 3.5mm jack and started watching it. I ended up scaling it down to 75% of the size to get it to fit on my 52 inch screen and it worked great. It doesn’t work in day light (not bright enough), but at night I was happy with it. I watch Thor using Apple TV and Netflix... worked great for the price!

First this projector comes in generic brown box. It is decently packed. The following are inside: 1. Main projector body with LED lens & lens cover 2. Power cord 3. RGB cables 4. HDMI cable 5. Raiser screw bolt 5. Remote control (batteries not included) The overall size of the projector should be labeled as midsize and not mini. I have zte spro2 and thats a killer mini-true to its size! This projector is an entry level - meaning Basic with no wifi and bluetooth. So hook ups with wired video/audio sources is 100% necessary not unless you add a bluetooth transmitter/receiver unto its audio IN. The reason i gave it 5 stars bec i know this is the basic projector when i purchased it. This is meant to gift to a teacher/friend overseas who dreamed of having a projector who cannot afford so this will help her a lot in teaching. By the way the power voltage is universal (100-240v) so its great to use anywhere in the world. There is no need of transformer which is cumbersome. The quality is decent for its price. The picture is good although it is not 1080. The fan sound is quite noisy but not overly. I hope this will bring long years of use since it is LED.

We are really enjoying this projector. Ive never used one before but this is so easy to use right out of the box. For the price I was pleasently surprised at how clear the images are even at a hugely magnified size. And this is on a fairly dark brown wall.... Im going to paint the wall white soon and Im sure it will look even better. The sound is ok but i use an external speaker for a more theatre effect. It has turned a blank wall in our recroom into a super large tv. A bowl of popcorn in a dark room and it feels like being at a theatre but with much more variety, costs next to nothing and you can stay in your pjs. This projector works great for what we wanted it for and the price is more than affordable.

Install Flash Player This is the perfect projector for a game room or home theater! It’s super bright and the colors didn’t wash out. I don’t even have to turn the lights off to view it. The included remote allows you to change input, adjust volume (which can get quite loud), and adjust picture settings. It works great with my laptop and with my sons Nintendo Switch. It supports full 1080p resolution and has a super crisp picture. At $75, you’d be foolish not to pick one up. I can see us setting this up on our patio this summer for movies. So glad I made this purchase.

This is my first projector and Im very glad I went with this choice! It isnt bulky, its easy to set up and the many picture adjustment options let you create a perfect picture. The many cables that are included make the initial setup easy and quick. Ive connected it to my laptop (Lenovo yoga w/ an hdmi adapter) and it worked instantly and without issue. We are really enjoying this projector. Ive never used one before but this is so easy to use right out of the box. For the price I was pleasantly surprised at how clear the images are even at a hugely magnified size.

Having a projector now is going to be great for the spring since it is getting warmer outside and will be able to do movie nights under the stars. I have played movies inside the house and the quality of the picture is outstanding as long as you focus it correctly, which is easy to do. It has a USB input and a HDMI input so you can hook up your Blu Ray player for movies or if you just want to do a slide show with pictures you can hook up your phone to it. The sound quality is pretty good on the speaker, and there is an aux port which I use to hook up my soundbar to. There are a few more input ports that you can use on it as well, but the HDMI may be your most important one that you will be using. The menu and settings are very simple to navigate through and will not over complicate you on what all they do, you can also change the picture on how you mount the projector. It is a very impressive projector to have that will not break the bank.

Since I would have used this projector in a somewhat darkened room, not in a fully or mostly darkened room, I tested it in my usual conditions. I regret that its image was just not bright enough for me. Also, since I would use it as often to project movies and MS Office documents, such as PowerPoint and Excel from my MacBook Air, I need more sharpness than provided by this projector. However, when I tested it in a fully darkened room for a movie on a DVD, brightness and sharpness were acceptable. That it has some keystone correction is a major plus, but I also need a zoom for image size, which it does not have. I found it a little too bulky for packing in my smaller-than-max-allowed, carry-on airline bag. It does have a very nice look and feel. Not mentioned in the product info is the fact that the adjustable elevating screw at the bottom-front-center can be removed; the socket is threaded to fit a standard tripod screw. The best across-image sharpness is achieved with the projector set at an elevation equal to the centerline of the screen, not shooting at much of any up, down, or side angle. Nevertheless, if ones use is mostly for watching video in an almost dark environment, this projector is likely to be quite acceptable and a very good value at this very attractive price. I was not able to test the built-in speakers, curiously located on the bottom of the unit, because I did not have a cable to connect my laptops headphone jack to the units audio-in port. The packaging is fine. Adequate cables and a remote control are included.

Having looked at lots of options and reviews on Amazon was a bit concerned that I would select the correct projector for my use. I chose this one because of good reviews and power of lamp. I am really pleased with the service and quality of build of the projector. Was initially concerned about the brightness but once in a darkened room, as instructions, and after making some adjustments to the settings I am really pleased with its performance. Have only had the chance to test it briefly on a music video and some pictures, more than pleased with the sound and picture performance. Does not compare with the brightness of a slide projector, but really good performance at this price. Thanks

I am so blown away by the price vs quality ratio of this projector. I was able to project an image on the wall (see picture) that is roughly 6 feet wide with no apparent distortion. We just project it onto a wall and not a screen, so it might not be as sharp as it could be, but it works great and the kids love it. Bright enough to easily see in a brightish room (after drawing the shades) and again, no complaints on that aspect. The speaker is an added bonus. When you connect via HDMI, the projector has a built in speaker. Now, this thing isn’t going to carry sound to a bunch of people in an outdoor venue, and it’s not like having a surround-sound system, but it is SO convenient when you want to play a quick movie for the kids. More than adequate for them. I spent $300 on a projector about 10 years ago - it didn’t even have hdmi. And now I have a projector that is at LEAST the same quality as the name-brand one I bought, plus the ease of hdmi and built in speakers make this a no brainer. Only thing I would improve is including some sort of carrying case besides the included cardboard box with foam inserts. But for the value, I really can’t complain about anything.

DO NOT BUY. I set it up for a party that I organized for my one year old but all it could do was projecting a plain white screen with nothing on it. The control pad on top did not respond to any touch, and the remote didn’t work, either. I was very embarrassed because I totally made a fool out of myself around those people. Afterwards I tried to contact the support as instructed on their manual, but with no helpful reply. I took it to a local electronic store and they said either it was a defective, or it was just my bad luck. This doesn’t make any sense because it worked well on arrival despite the projection quality. And I just leaved it there for the event. And the incident happened. My kid certainly won’t remember anything. But it was partly the grown-ups’ gathered-around. And they expected to see the little one’s cherished moments, but all there was is the wall and a sweating mother who didn’t prepare enough. This was certainly memorable to me. Anyway, I’m still expecting the support to reply. In the meantime, I advise those who plan to buy one to take your chance anywhere else.
