Been charging this thing all day, the red light is on so I thought maybe charger is not working. I had same charges for my other peace of technology, it works, so I used that charges. It was charging all night, and red light still on and the cinemood won’t turn on.
horrible product, I would like to return it back. Dificult setup and it didnt come with all features that they promissed
I’m very upset with this purchase. I want to be refunded. I’ve had this since April 25th and have tried every day connecting it to Netflix and it will not connect. I’ve contacted CINEMOOD support who are slow to respond and are no help. They said there was a problem they would fix soon with Netflix and we are almost a month later still nothing. I’ve tried mirroring Netflix from my phone which Netflix works great on and it always says “it cannot play title” no matter what I try watching. We bought this device to use with Netflix for our family and it hasn’t worked at all. For how much I paid for this there should be better customer service and it should work. I don’t know if I got s lemon or what but I’m very upset with this experience.
That Disney collection they say it comes with is just crappy old movies or b side material of no interest.
Could not get past the email screen on the app to use the product. (Server not found) Super disappointed because it was such a cool small product and I wanted it to work because it was so cute. Went with another brand after return.
