BenQ MH760 1080P Business Projector | 5000 Lumens for Lights on Presentations | LAN Control for Network Infrastructure | Keystone for Flexible Setup
I have always been very satisfied with BenQ until I bought this product. It worked great for 30 days and then... lines started showing up while watching anything, dvds, cable, Netflix.... I went to process a return but of course it was past the 30 day return policy so now I am stuck with a lemon! I hope the customer service team reads this and offers to send me a new projector or upgrade me otherwise this review will not CHANGE!

Product was pretty much dead out of the box. Same issue already noted....overhead condition after about a minute of being on. User manual says "Fan 1 Error". Since this is a repeat issue (now three recorded), I wont be reordering. Very disappointing.

Compared to my 3-year-old Epson EX7235 which is a 3000 lumen projector, the BenQ MH733 does not do very well. Comparing overall brightness, the Epson is just as bright even though it is 1000 lumens less bright. Comparing color, the Benqs reds kind of look more brown, and the color in general doesnt appear near as smooth as my older Epson. So... I ending up returning the Benq and purchasing an Epson EX9220 and doing the same comparison. It is noticably brighter than the EX7235, but the colors still look great. So even though the Benq has a few more features than the Epson, the Epson looks noticably better in brighter ambient light conditions and is the clear winner in picture quality.

I really like it other than the fact that for the last month (purchased it in April), I will turn it on and begin watching a show, and it will all of a sudden shut down after being on for less than 5 minutes. It will make a loud whirring noise (similar to when a computer is overheated) and make the noise for 20 seconds and then completely shut down. It is not overheated.

Overall I really like the unit. My least favorite thing about it is the fact that periodically the fan kicks in and the noise is extremely loud. I would like to have a BenQ home theater system that is quiet and has at least the 4000 lm

Not too noisy, good remote, put out quite a bit of heat to the side which makes it uncomfortable for those on that side of the table. Why the fan cant exhaust to the top I dont know. Otherwise happy with purchase.

I bought this projector for the main media experience in our home to replace our 52 inch tv. We get a lot of light in our main living area with floor to ceiling windows. It was so easy to set up and easy to learn about the projector. The horizontal and vertical keystones are great for positioning it in the corner of the room. The many different settings and quality of picture are phenomenal, I am in love! We did have an issue the 3rd day but that ended being because of the media source, not the projector itself . So easy to use, Im shocked actually, and we have wanted a top notch projector for some time. I finally broke down and purchased this because we needed a projector with over 3000 lumens for our bright room that doesnt have any shades, blinds, or curtains. Works phenomenally!

Love this projector! Bought for home theater even though its a presentation projector. Ive owned several HD projectors and this one is by far the best, brightest, and quietest. Picture quality is outstanding. I recently purchased the Epson hc1450 and it was twice the cost, was much louder, and not as bright, I returned it. So happy with this one. The size on the most zoomed out setting is very wide, I needed a new screen, though, which is not a bad thing. You can have a very large image in a very short distance. Where I used to get 100" on the most narrow setting on other projectors, this one is 120". Anyway, for the money Im not sure you can beat this projector. Wish it was 4K, but thats my only gripe and Im not willing to pay 3 grand + for one.

I bought this for use in our conference room because of its brightness, resolution, and ability to output audio to an external amplifier. My coworkers were satisfied with the quality, so I ordered another one for one of our other conference rooms. Neither room has any windows, so I cant comment on performance in a well lit room, but in a room with no natural light it looks great. The built-in speaker doesnt have the best sound quality, but that is expected with an internal speaker. I would suggest using an external amplifier and speakers if sound quality is a concern. I could also see this as a good option for a home theater projector. Overall I would recommend this for a conference room projector if youre looking for good brightness and 1080P resolution.

Bright, stunning image quality right out of the box! I know this is a business projector but I am using this in my living room as our main display. I am amazed at how beautiful the image is --projectors really have come far in terms of quality and price and this particular one is a fantastic option! Highly recommended!
