While the picture quality is good, very good in a dimly lit room, there are some really annoying and easily fixable issues. First off, the flash drive is unusable. i could see gibberish files, but couldnt open any, added an image of my own, which was not available when I plugged it into the USB port, though it was clearly there on the drive. I could not reformat it either on Mac or PC. Junk. I tossed it. Why include it? Its obviously garbage. Secondly, the power cord is ridiculously short, doesnt give you much more than table top height to floor. The menus are archaic looking, though functional, and the settings are easy to navigate. Overall, some updated software UI and, dang, do something about the stupid flashdrive and Id feel like I got my moneys worth. I use Apple products so had to buy a USB powered HDMI to lightning cable for the iphone and Macbook to connect, but they did plug-n-play as advertised. So, my own USB drive, another cable and an extension cord and I was good to go. Too bad, since these annoyances should be pretty simple to fix, but adversely impacted my overall response to the product. I dont feel like its worth the money at this point.
