I bought this two years ago and the bulb went out. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that they do not have replacement parts for their products and offered me a discount to buy a new one (discounted price was $20 lower than what I could by a new one on amazon). I spent $400 on a product that lasted 2 years with no way to repair it. AAXA just got two thumbs down but not backing their own products.

It never worked properly and now has stopped working at all. I bought it on February 3 and it is April 27 and I find out I cannot return this POS. I will never buy a product from this company again It is January 2018 and the second one has died. This is two units and three batteries. Never will I buy anything from this company.

I travel a lot with my job and needed a lightweight projector I could carry with me. Reviews on the AAXA P300 were good, however, it is an absolute epic disappointment. Its so lightweight, you have to tape the tripod to the table to keep it in place. The focus wheel is an epic fail. Its hard to turn, and so sensitive, there is no fine adjustment, its either a lot blurry or a little blurry. Then there is the brightness adjustment. With instruction book in hand, I carefully read through what to do when the projection needs to be brightened. The projector wouldnt let me do it. It had greyed out the option to brighten the picture. Horrible, hate it, will be sending it back.

Very disappointed with this projector. the LED light went out after only a few hours. unfortunately, it is out of warranty, and they didnt even act like they wanted me to send it in for repairs. they suggested I just toss it, but offered me a small discount on a new one.. No Thanks.

I purchased this projector because I travel a lot giving presentations. ordered over $100 in accessories and cables to get it to work with my iphone(one of the main reasons I selected this model was that it claimed to be Iphone compatibale) After spending all of teh money on accessories and cables the unit worked great and I was satisfied. After not using the unit since December 2018 I packed it up to use in a presentation I was meant to deliver to 60+ people and it didnt work! Now it is past being able to return it or get help from customer service and I am totally bummed and upset. This was over $300...not a small investment for a small business owner!

I ordered this once, and after a month it stopped working. Because it had great reviews (here and via The Wirecutter) I assumed this was a fluke; I was able to get it replaced with a new one at no cost. I ordered the new one 4 months ago and it just died again. Now the return window is closed. Stay away!

I bought this projector a while ago (so its not under warranty) but Ive only used it less than a dozen times. I keep it in a case, so it is in virtually new condition. Within a dozen uses, something broke. I can only assume it is one of the LEDs, because everything shows up a dark purple color, barely visible even in a pitch black room. I know bulbs dont last forever, but they sure as hell are supposed to last longer than 12 hours. A shame, because the reviews are great. I dont know if AAXA is just paying people to artificially inflate the star count or if I just got a gigantic lemon but either way this is virtually DoA.

I bought this AAXA Projector 2 1/2 years ago , Im an educator and use it for small group presentations. it worked extremely good for about 1 1/2 years then I began having trouble with it shutting down on me. I always use it connected to a electrical outlet , not the battery, When i called AAXA Tech support to ask some questions why this was happening i got a Voice mail message to leave my name and number and they would return my call. So heres why I would not suggest this to any one ... after leaving 4 messages NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!!!!!! If this company can not support their product I do not suggest you purchase it. I now have to buy a new projector and it will not be AAXA!

the problem was that I didnt use that much, perhaps 5 time. When I did it was good, considering its size. The last time I used it was more than 7 months ago. Worked perfectly. Put it aside. When wanting to use it again it was kaput. Needs to be replaced. Cant be fixed. It is not the power brick that is not functioning. I have two bigger projectors that are 3 times older and I use them a lot for long periods of time and never had a problem. So the tiny ones need to be a bit more long lasting.

I get to choose most of the technology for my company, and we decided on the P300 projector. I bought the first one brand new and it worked fine. The 2nd time we ordered, we got 3 more. Mine came Dead on arrival. My coworkers seem to work now, after receiving the 2nd group of them, it turns out my coworker who placed the order got refurbished ones. I will have to start the return process, and am a little worried that mine made it through the refurb process as it doesnt even turn on for more than a few seconds, and then wont turn on again. I am planning on buying more of these for work, we have at least 2 employees who will need one immediately and more in the future. I would be much happier if my broken refurb got replaced with a new one. We will see how the support is, I will update my review for better or worse. The 3 that are working are really great, sharp pictures, easy to use, bright enough. The fact they come with a battery is cool too! You can use it on the go without a plug. Plenty of ports and supports all types of media.
