This was a gift to myself, and it keeps on giving. Picture quality is great and the internet connected features work well. I watched my first Amazon Prime video (a movie) on it too. A wonderful addition to my home entertainment.

Arrived quickly Easy to set up. As advertised it does not come with batteries so remember some assembly required (installing the batteries!)

This product is broken. Plugged it in and it opened to put a dvd in and never worked and locked my dvd in!!!

Very good price on a refurbished Sony Blu Ray, and it included an HDMI cord. Works great so far-I have only had it for a few days. Box was not pristine, unit had obviously been opened/used, but as it sits in my entertainment center, you would never know it-it looks brand new.

So far so good, but either my TV is wonky (probably not, since netflix and such are fine) or this has picture issues- well be halfway through a movie and its like "why is it so dark?!" Could be the fact that its a "used" item. We havent tried any of the streaming services on it yet, so I cant speak to that. One big fault I can see even if it was working perfectly- theres no PLAY button! So if you have one of those DVDs that just plays the main menu screen over and over without playing the movie, youd be out of luck if you lost the remote!
